Will 17" and 18" make the ride less bouncy and jittery compared to 20 in?

Great info Chris. So the wheels are 4 lb heavier EACH for the 20's and the tires are a lb heavier EACH. On top of the ride differences, this would affect both acceleration performance and MPG's. From all of this, I see three advantages for 20's:
    1. Looks (subjective preference, I don't care which myself - I like both)
    2. Better cornering. If you are cornering fast enough to see a difference between 18's and 20's, I would venture to say that you are probably going faster than you should be going - get a sports car.
    3. Slightly better coasting. The added weight of the wheels/tires increases the flywheel effect (torsional/rotational momentum). I imagine this would be very slight and probably not noticeable.

If the right deal comes along, I'll be getting black 18's to replace my stock 1794 20's.

The extra rubber in the sidewalls would absorb more of the bounce/jitter. How much would depend on which tires. Some report a significant improvement while some say they don't notice a difference at all.

    You mis understand me.
MY comment was that some, (specially the young) love to modify, which I was once, the Hell out of cars / trucks / bikes.
If 20s came with your rig, then 20s were designed for your right regardless of what brand of wheel you choose.
Lots of times, and you can't challenge me on this part, the (I should of left it stock syndrome ) comes back.
This is true with lots of things, even firearms.
    Now do you understand?

Could the right deal be $1,000 for 4 silver 17" beadlock wheels?
Been installed once and driven about 50 miles. Tires removed because they were just too small IMO.

Looking for black, and I'd likely pass on 17's unless I really liked the look of them.

2019 Limited Crewmax 4x4, mine have the stock 20”s!

I don’t really want to raise the truck, or level it because we tow a trailer when camping.

However, I do wanna fill that wheel well up with bigger tires or at least look that way.
