Thanks, I like it. It looks a bit funny without tires filling the wheel wells but it is a family hauler and already gets atrocious mileage.

The change to the way it drives is amazing!

Can you tell more about the changes while driving? Is it more stiff, or softer, etc?

I don't sense any real change in firmness, but the front TRD sway added to the rear makes a huge difference. There is much less bounce and the truck feels much more controlled.

    Had a lug break off.

Smaller sizes went through like butter, 3/8th seems to be doing nothing.

I got the 3/8th through most of the way.

    I ordered a cobalt 1/2
    [IMG] Amazon

    And this

DEWALT 20V MAX XR Hammer Drill, Brushless, 3-Speed, Tool Only (DCD996B)

    [IMG] Amazon

My 14 year old 19.2 V Ingersoll Rands are just so long in the tooth.

Took the truck on the highway and it felt funky so I took it back to Firestone, they claimed there was a problem with the passenger side lower control arm and that they thought it was bent, wanted me to go to a body shop.

I said they were crazy, had an argument and went across the street to the new BIG O tire, they took it right in, while I waited in their new, clean free water, snacks & coffee man cave like waiting room and said the entire lower control assembly was loose and were shocked Firestone let me drive out, I had them do another alignment and all is well, I went back to Firestone, confronted them and got my money refunded.

The steering wheel was not centered from Firestone & look at the before & after:

If you're looking for ideas...sometimes stepping up in drill bit size with the smallest increments possible is the easiest. 32nds or 64ths bits. Looks like you don't have drill deep, just get wider and wider until the washer part of the lug can be knocked off the remaining threaded part of the lug nut. Only need to go maybe 3/16" deep (whatever the thickness of the washer portion is). The bulk of the remaining lug nut can stay on the lug stud and the wheel will still slide off. Then go for heat and a vice grips once the washer portion, and subsequently wheel, can be removed.

You can’t punch that out from the other side of the wheel?!? Maybe I’m confused………

I went from 3/16th to 3/8th and just got this 1/2.

I'm hoping to save the stud first off and I'm sure the stud would be harder to drill.

Oh. It was hard to gauge what the strategy was. Appeared like a deeper drilled hole and I thought you had already reached and been drilling into the stud.

It is actually drilled through. The top of the stud is somewhere below the end of the lug. I'm hoping to get the 1/2in all the way in.

Do those camber bolts give you more camber than stock? Are they #25450??

On the phone with Bully Dog, been asking for help with both banks trowing rich codes since early May & still nothing. Waiting for info on how much longer the wait might be.

I am on OEM tune right now and it throws a rich codes on bank one and two as well with my t-mobile syncdrive app, but not in my elm ob2 or my launch creader tool. No check engine though. Now the BDGT tune did give me a check engine and I was doing support on it for a few times, but never did get it fixed since it's started snowing where I'm at. I have not heard from them again. I might start reaching out again to reopen the ticket and see.

Did did call for support or just email? I usually do the phone and have them schedule a call back.

I found months ago email was worthless (not that the phone is much better) There was no progress, I asked if he could get a guesstimate as to when progress might be coming and was put on hold for 15 minutes & then was hung up on.

That pretty much summarizes BD support. Long wait for nothing.

I know. They said that they have to talk to the engineers to see what's going on. But never did get any answers.

Once I'm done with remodeling my home, I'll start bugging then again.

I specifically didn't post in your thread, didn't want anyone to think there was a problem. It's part of the cost of modding.

    Thanks for offering though!

    I'm also glad!
