It actually looks like they may still have active stock on A-Zon. And they're applying the current discount from their site on the A-Zon stuff. I just won't buy it from A-Zon because I prefer not to get counterfeit stuff.

I hear ya on that. I verified who it was shipping from before I purchased. Just like buying parts on eBay. If it don’t ship from a Toyota dealer, or a store I recognize it’s a no go for me

Definitely! Finally got around to installing this morning. Hardest part is popping the old one off its post.

I can say with confidence: My DRL are still hooked up. The only appreciable difference I can see after installing is a change in how the hazards work (quick double-strobe, pause, quick double-strobe, pause, repeat) and I finally have smart-flash (5 flashes) when tapping the stalk, as I'd expect.

No difference in the way my DRL operate. No change in which my halogen bulbs light up in the various modes. No loss of functionality, only a gain.

Took a picture of it attached ... I haven't dicked around with uploading videos from iOS devices onto the forum yet so I didn't bother. Maybe later if it's legitimately interesting.

PS, DD puts out a great video on how to easily program the functionality in case you want to further customize OR go back to more-stock functions. I didn't realize the flasher also leaves the park lights lit for a period of time during remote lock/unlock functions.

Glad it's working out @shifty` The parking lights coming on with unlock is the only functionality that doesn't work for me. Does that part work for you?

Just confirmed: Arrival/departure lighting does not work. I swore it was working when I installed it, but in hindsight, and after attempting to extend the departure/arrival lighting times, it's definitely not suddenly appearing to work.

On my 08 Lexus when I lock/unlock the doors the turn signal bulbs flash. I have a diode dynamic flasher unit in there to work with my LEDs. This departure/arrival lighting works on there fine (although I don't use it) and only the turn signal bulbs themselves stay on solid for how ever many seconds you have it set to. On my tundra (01) the only lights that flash for lock/unlock is the parking lights (not sure about newer 1st gens). Seems like for that to work your turn signals have to flash when locking/unlocking.
