Do you recall the part numbers for the rear sway bar? I’m in the same boat. Much appreciated

My Apologies. I meant the part number(s) for the bushings/hardware for the Rear Sway Bar.

Also from your experience, we have a Platinum. I know that you have a Limited, do you foresee any issues with the Rear Sway Bar?

Bushings & end links are standard items, I got them from Amazon. Moog bushings & Detroit Locker end links.

I specifically didn't want the air suspension but don' think there is a difference in the sway between Limited & Platinum but I have no experience with Platinum.

Sorry for all the questions. Am I on the right track? I can't find the proper bracket for the bushing kit:

300 dollar full set of rims & tires are great!

Hopefully the 2018 TPMS are compatible.

Not only are the '18 TPMS compatible but the truck just found them!

Canceled the 278.xx Autech TPMS reader/writer I ordered from Amazon.

Wonder why the driver's rear is reading so hot?

20" rim fit in the spare storage, 2013 untouched spare in the garbage.

I am in the market for a 2nd Gen and stumbled on this thread. I have read through it and it seems there have been a number of small issues you have run into after purchasing from Autonation. Did you look into any other purchasing websites? If so, recommend any besides autotrader, autotempest, car gurus, and true car?

I looked everywhere for months. The AN process was horrible but the truck is solid and as described and I am happy now.

I would not buy from Auto Nation Corpus Christi again.

Can you elaborate on where you looked? Specific websites? Just trying to expand my search scope as much as possible. Thanks for the help.

You should be fine. We have an '18 Platinum and I had the rear sway bar installed when I took ours in for the last service. Makes a world of difference. The mechanic we use didn't have any issues with sourcing bushings, etc. I think he charged me $70 for parts and labor.

First freeway trip on the new tires today. Feels great & apparently these were the correct tires for the truck as the speedo was off and is now spot on per GPS.

Did the round trip to Nogales, averaged 17mpg, on the way there, there were 4 adults & 300+ pounds of stuff. Truck runs great!

Awesome build! I've been thinking about moving from my Tundra to a Sequoia a lot lately and love seeing builds like this.

After you remove the four nuts at the rear propeller shaft, do you then have to remove the threaded studs so back of the driveshaft can be lowered?

    Those are awesome!

No, the driveshaft can be pushed forward enough to clear the studs, you need to be careful or it will fall on you if you are not ready.

I had a hell of a time getting it in there & getting the tool out was almost as hard.

It's not properly on the lower perch, I could not get it on there. I'm hoping it seats, if not I'll pay for it when I get the alignment.

I've been there man. It sucks.
I had a buddy helping and we used a small jack in between the frame and control arm to get the spring cradle to drop as much as possible. Then used every thing available in the garage that could be purposed as a pry bar to get the spring to seat in the right location.

Those pins on the tool need to be named PITA pins. They are too big to go over the spring to provide protection and as they were not pushed in, were in the way getting the tool out.

First thing I did (after reassembling the tool at its pivot as that was the only way to get it out) was removing all 4 of the fuckers.

No disassembly used this guy to push the lca down.

The DeWalt first use was amazing. It has more power than my IR Penumatic.

The 6ah battery ran for over 5 hours cranking the spring compressor in both directions on the most powerful setting. There is more torque with the 6ah than the 5ah.
