I have a 2021 and since I bought it Ive noticed a small clunk/pop sound that happens every time I go from reverse to drive. It occurs after I have shifted in drive and move say 15 feet. It sounds like something is binding to me. Anyone else have any insight? I tried to get the dealer to assess it but they said it was normal. Im going to have to be assertive I guess as I have also had moisture in my window since I bought the truck. After a rain my driver window will be wet for a couple of days and leave moisture whenever I roll the window down.

It would be nice if the mechanics would ever give an explanation as to what it is and why it does it than to just say, "sounds normal". This is the same bunch that sent out a secretary to figure out why my entune wouldnt update because shes "good with tech". She had no answers....

When I bought my 2014 I asked the service advisor what the box was under the passenger seat.
He said it was one of the truck's ECMs..

Come to find out, it was the factory amplifier for the Entune radio HU..
I replaced it with a 5 channel amp years ago...

    I don't know why he just couldn't say 'I don't know'...

The world is full of those types. I try and do my due diligence in all aspects of life and it does get annoying when you go in somewhere knowing more about the product than the people trying to sell them. I go through this often when I buy new equipment for my business and end up having to talk to the service techs to get any info I need then the salesmen get to collect the commission.

It is quite common in gun stores as well..
I learned long ago to research my firearm purchases before going to the store or gun show to purchase..

    Be safe
