I could be wrong but it sounds like you’re missing the on/off function of the drain. The knurled ring is threaded onto the inner sleeve. Screw the inner into the cap with the outer ring backed out. It won’t drain until you screw the outer ring in. Hope that makes sense.

You can always chalk test your tires, vids of that process on youtube. Correct tire pressure is not constant, meaning the best pressure for just you running on the highway will be different from when your truck is fully loaded, or hauling or towing. It is not rocket science or anything to really worry to much about. Play around with it some. You will know when it is too low or too high, Tundras as sensitive to tire pressure so just a pound or two adjustment can impact handling, ride. Trucks with heavy bumpers, toppers or other added weight will always need more pressure than a truck without all that added weight.

Your 38/41 is in the ball park. Try pressures 1-3 lbs higher or lower depending on load and you will know what feels best for you. I find my truck ride is much better (normal driving, no load) when I have the rear at 36-38, higher than that and you start to get that tap in the kidney feel on bumps.

I have mine installed under the tow/haul buttons. Bought mounting plastic from EPS kinda spendy $85 but now my knee doesn’t tap it while in the truck

Yep, Im in Richmond and it is absolutely pouring here, expecting a few inches rain today. Was just down in Norfolk last weekend visiting family. I run the fronts 36-38 for the normal just me driving alone, no load. If I am going on a trip, long highway travel, I will bump it up a lb or two.

When installed it is a live all the time connection, it does turn off after 15 minutes though. I had one put on my taco right before I sold it a few weeks ago.

We bought my wife an odyssey a couple years ago, but I pick up my kids and share the load pretty equally with my wife, so I needed the room for thr 4th seat. Congrats on the 4th coming man!

    specs...

    35x12.50r18 Falken Wilpeak MT
on Icon rebounds with +25mm offset
Aluma 2.0 coilovers set at 3 (like they came apparently)
1.5 inch block in back with Eibach's in the back
Brake line extension and diff drop kit.

No rub at full lock on the cab mount, removed front plastic because it did rub, will modify tomorrow. Tires only slightly stick out....maybe 1/2 of tread or so.

    Alignment on Monday, but rides good, no issues.PXL_20210807_154213342.jpg PXL_20210807_154210089.jpg PXL_20210807_154202007.jpg PXL_20210807_154032000.jpg PXL_20210807_154102369.jpg PXL_20210807_154123597.jpg

Nice looking truck. Not sure whether it's already your plan, but worth mentioning... If the rub on the front fender is 1/2" deep or less, if you want to keep the plastic intact, you can shim the bumper instead of trimming:

Thanks. Yeah I've seen a lot of people do that and the push forward and screw method. It's a literal flash flood out there today so I'm gonna see what happens when I mess with it tomorrow. Thanks again!!!

Finally finished my ‘17 1794 build (at least for now). Added TRD Pro Fox suspension with Westcott Designs lift. 35x11.5R20 Ridge Grapplers on 20” Black Rhino Duggers +10 offset (no CMC/BMC needed). Also added a Barricade HD2 bumper with SD lighting 30” laser light bar (bumper came with fog lights)

Local Line X company is getting 4 star from me just because they scratched my plastic tail gate cover and over sprayed the roof (on my windshield ) but overall I'm happy and finally done with line x.

I parked my truck in the street…first 1 is headlights only; 2nd is with light bar (no fogs on in either pic). You’ll notice the trees and bushes are much more lit up as is the end of the street with the light bar. I may adjust it up a bit, after running it more as I have it angled marginally downward so the laser light wasn’t pointed straight out (if that makes sense).
