Correct, does anyone know if I will cause any damage driving the truck for a week without these parts?

If you can pick up the kit from them, it takes maybe 20 minutes to install it. I'd go that route instead of letting it sit, personally. You should probably be ok if you take it easy off of dead stops.

@TucsonTundra1794 Looks like the reservoir on the rear shock in the 3rd pic is clocked wrong. Should be behind the shock on the passenger side and in front driver side so it doesn’t hit the axle housing.

Good to know! I'll inspect and call them if needed. I already asked if I could just grab the parts and do it myself and he said no he wants to make sure everything is torqued properly... bs but whatever.

I'd tell them to get f*cked and not touch my truck after this first attempt...

Edit: actually I guess you should give them another chance to make things right, first. But I'd raise hell and have them get you in before Weds.

After reading the instructions and looking at the truck they did indeed put the resi on the wrong side. I'll be bringing that up Wednesday as well. Thanks guys! I knew something was off but i would have never knows about the shock position.

Also @TRDFerguson you were almost spot on, 5 1/2" in the rear 3" in the front.

If I wanted to just deal with this myself, how difficult would it be to turn the rear shocks myself? Could I just rotate them or do I need to unbolt them and swap them around? I think I'll just do it this weekend if it's easy I just don't want it to mess with the warranty they have through the installer.

Don’t think you need to unbolt the bottom, can loosen the top mount and rotate the shock body to proper position unless they are left and right specific.

The shock appears to spin with some force, could I just spin them in place and not unscrew anything?

Wouldn’t hurt to loosen the top nut a little. It will relieve tension on the bushing

Alright, I'm starting to look deeper into what exactly is installed on my truck. Can someone tell me which 2.5 shocks these are? They don't look like the ones in the stage 8 kit.

I was leaning more towards stage 7 2.5 RR CDCV with 2.5 RR OMEGA in the rear. Which I assume is better then the 2.5 in the 8.

    I think it’s a stage 4 with RXT
Stage 7 is adjustable shocks both front and rear…

go check item number with ur list, and those kit don't include any carrier bearing drop or TC drop. I know the rear shock look like stage 5 or 6, stage 7 have 2 adjuster between shock and reservoir, stage 8 rear shock have remote reservoir with 7/8 shaft.

Those are not Omega rears. The Omega shocks have bypass tubes

The part number for the rear shocks on your invoice is correct but it's not what you have installed. They should not be piggyback shocks
