    Thinking of doing this.
Anyone who already has, what's your experience.
I'm looking at installation onto a 2021 Tundra.

That's the premium camera used in the anytime camera kit.

I have a second gen and FRAC was not an option. I went the ghetto route and works pretty well for parking and what not. Cost about $60 in parts.

I've got over 12 cameras on my truck. What you want is a camera that has a narrow camera angle because the wider the camera angle the less focused and the less zoomed in it is.

This is my favorite camera - I've gone through a bunch of them. It has a 135 degree angle. I use Gorilla double sided tape to mount them into place. Because it's barrel shaped it allows you to rotate the camera so that the view is leveled.

I did the FRAC from Lou @TundraTex with the Natika camera for the install on my 2020 and it works great. I highly recommend it.

It looks like it's well put together but, IMHO way too expensive for what it is.

Sorry for resurrecting the dead. I’m looking for mounting options to add a front camera to my SR. It has the common honeycomb-style grill, which I guess this mount will work with? How did the mount work out? Are you happy with it?

That mount will work with your grille. The SR and Sport grille are the same other than the color.

    Too many, but not enough....
Anytimebackupcamera is the way to go. Ive had mine on over a year and its great. Install is awesome if you have the SR5 grill. There is already a perfect, centered spot for the camera directly under the emblem and there is a cutout to allow your camera to fit without modification. I used some strong double sided tape combined with the nut to hold it and its rock solid. Worst part for me was punching through the tiny nipple in the firewall, not the greatest positioning.

I don’t really need the anytimebackupcamera kit. My aftermarket head unit supports a front camera - all I have to do is mount it and connect switched 12V, ground, and the RCA to the head unit. I’ll re-flash the Maestro so I can turn either camera on at any time via steering wheel controls, and the head unit has an option to automatically turn on the front camera for a pre-determined length of time when shifting out of reverse.

Glad to hear. I ordered it this morning as soon as I confirmed it was the right one for my grill. Thank you!
