Just installed my TRD Pro grill and 32 inch light bar. I have a question though for all my Tundra buddies, i'm not that good with wires and electronics but, When i wired my harness into the cab, I just kind of moved the big main grommet on the driver side over and slide my wiring harness through there. I feel like thats not entirely right and maybe I should have drilled a hole in there and put it through the middle. I have no idea haha any input ?

I would have cut slit in rubber, but that looks fine. You could clear silicone gaps in that edge. RTV would be too permanent.

I think I'll probably just cut a hole, do I need to silicone around where the slit is where i'm running the wire?

Under the bundle of wires in that main grommet there should be a rubber "nipple". If you cut the end of it off you'll have an open path through the grommet.

Thanks ! I ended up just cutting a slit in the grommet, got a little close to the bundle of wires but I don't think I cut any, I mean I haven't smelt anything bad yet lol but I got it from Amazon.
