My mechanic told me I need to replace my A/C relay. I went to the local Toyota dealer and they sold me this tiny little relay for almost $110, part #90987-02022.I can't find this darned thing! It is not in the main fuse box next to the battery under the hood. It is not in the small fuse box under dash driver's side. Where the heck is it? Did they sell me the wrong part?

I am new here, though I've read threads here for years.

It is indeed....located under the hood in fuse box labeled "Heater" in my 2004. The heater relay feeds power to the A/C control Panel.

    From 2002 FSM....

Heater Relay location 2004....also for future reference, there is a 50 A heater fuse in the longer fuse box that would also cause A/C not to work.

Thanks! Appreciate the help. Heading back to the dealer to return this overpriced part!

I don’t think you could return electrical parts
