Busy weekend. Pulled the tailpipe and got it wire wheeles, degreased, sanded and painted.
Installed blacked out steering wheel emblem, black shift knob, console safe and dual USB charger. Wire wheel, sanded, degreased the hitch cargo carrier then coated in bedliner.
Fixed one of the latching bars on the bakflip. Rivets had all pulled out. Redid them and added a few extra.

Are these installed over the OEM rails? What tonneau do you have? Did this come with tie down anchors? Where did you get them? This looks very interesting to me. The only problem I have with my Undercover Armor is the fact that I can't use my rails the way I want.

Macs has L-track cut and drilled to replace the factory deck rail system and that’s what I originally intended to do and then fabricate some way to attach the Ultra-Flex. BUT..since the L-track only sticks out less than 1/2” compared to the 1” of the deck rail I realized that tie downs could pull up on the Ultra-Flex mounting rail and bend it.

I ended up making a bunch of 1” square nuts for the deck rail to screw 2 pieces of 1/4” x 1” aluminum between the deck rail and the L-track to move it out to the edge of the Ultra-Flex mounting rail. Then I decided it would be easier to cut the L-track up so I could continue to use the original Ultra-Flex anchors.

Where'd you purchase the USB charger for the center console and how hard was the install?

Very easy. Here I've had a USB port installed for the external USB stick/SSD. The kiddos enjoy headrest monitors and HDMI player on the long trips.

I do, over cloth seats. They are heat-neutral: not cold in winter, not hot in summer. Also should be easier to maintain the seats long-term, these can be wiped off, water-cleaned, washed at last. Cloth seats accumulate dust, impossible to get rid of it w/o a proper aid like Tornador.

Today I decided to see how far an aired down 3rd gen with nothing more than a level and 34’s could go.
The answer is, pretty impressively far.

She ran all the way over Pearl Pass with only a little wheel rash to show for it. 4D4D7EE4-91C3-45BF-B510-7EE3861A0D49.jpg FFC1DF41-7F83-4956-8664-66AEA683EAB6.jpg

A car blew a tire on the highway and a piece caught one of my tires, caused it to have a leak. Got to install my spare on the side of the highway. Also learned i need a jack capable of lifting a truck on 37s in the truck at all times now. A couple People from a local offroad recovery group on FB showed up in 20 minutes with jacks to help out. AAA was 1.5-2 hours out

Have an odd ball black wheel on the truck right now till i can get it discount tire to have them look at the other

Here's one someone else on here used that I had saved in my Amazon cart: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082PNLMDS/?coliid=I2LJHSVDND71GL&colid=2Q3USKXJ17IDJ&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

There's power for the OEM 12V accessory port right there you can tap into using either solderless taps/crimps for a super fast install.

The post I saw, used the one I just linked to replace the 12V port, so it was just plug and play.

Purchased on Amazon. Saw it from another Tundras.com user who had installed. Very easy install. It was my first attempt with wiring on a vehicle. Probably took about 30 mins. A little trimming of the hole with a utility knife was the most difficult part.
