    EDIT: resolved

Ok I’m doing a 6112 install and I need some help here. I’ve put the coilover up in the 4 screw slots and loosely tightened the nuts.
It does have 2 boss shims for full clarity.
Now I am having trouble getting the lower control arm connected with the shock. I have pushed and pulled and yanked to no avail. It seems it is getting stuck on one of the inside bulges that’s around the bolt hole.
    Any suggestions?

    Thank.

actually got it resolved a little bit ago. I had to grab an extension, put it through the bottom hole and give it a slight twist. It rotated the shock inside the assembly just slightly enough for it to fit.

I had a similar experience with one side during my 6112 install. I used a ratchet strap that went over the UCA and under the LCA to pull them together. This freed up my hands so I could align the LCA bolts. I fought pulling them together and aligning the bolts for 30 minutes…using the above strap method got it done in less than 5.

Exact same for me when I did mine. The ratchet straps worked like a champ!
