X2. I’d definitely try another dealer, I’ve had good luck with that previously.

Put the AJT knob in, not sure I like it. I think I’ll look for a TRD one.

Looks like you purchased the climate knobs and the 4wd knob so I was just curious. I also am not a huge fan of the climate ones.

    Tastefully enhanced...
Did a LOF, transmission drain and fill, cabin filter, topper re-install and swapped to a metal housing on the oil filter...Tuesday, the Falcon suspension is installed and Friday I "test" it out on a 800 trip...

Oh crap, my bad. I see how that wasn’t super clear.

I was referring to the shift knob. The climate knobs are ok. I’m not sure if it’s the knobs or my installation of them, but they don’t turn as smoothly/freely as the factory ones. I like the looks of all of them. I’m just not a fan of the feel of the shift knob.

Snuck in one more thing this weekend, the wireless charging tray. Real easy install other than having to unscrew and then put back a ton of screws.

    charge.jpg

Question for those who have this, is there a way to make it default to "off" instead of "on" when I start up the truck? I'm planning to use this sometimes, but more often I'd just like it to be off. Do I have to hit the off button every time I start up the truck now if I'm not going to use the charger?

Considered the ajt knob when I blacked out some of the interior but went with the trd shift knob. Only have the top view.

I haven't found a way. It's just become routine to turn off when I get in the truck.

I bought a knock off carbon fiber one on Amazon. So much better than the stock SR5 shifter, you may like it. One issue I had with it is it doesn't tighten up. I think the inset is spinning. Is not loose enough and has not been a big enough deal for me to take it off and fix it yet.

Anyone have the schematics for the PCB? I bet we can find a way.

Check the build link in my signature.
Wouldn’t it just be easier to cut a simple single-pole switch into the hot power lead to the charger? Leave it off by default and it’ll never turn on unless you flip it on…

Yeah, that's an option. I was looking for something easier, like maybe they put a switch on the PCB already that flips the default or an easy solder job, but may end up doing something like you mention. Not a big deal, just like to dial everything in just the way I want.

So what happens if you have your device plugged in to the USB (for Android Auto) and in the charging tray at the same time...Is it like crossing the streams in Ghostbusters?

Please tell me how you like it. I've had this sitting in my cart for months but haven't found any solid reviews on them and I don't like that I lose my xm radio.
