I have a 3/1.5 leveling and have no issues with TSS.
One dealer made a big deal out of it - every time I take it in for oil change they tried to blame everything on the "lift". They wanted to disconnect my TSS because it was a "safety concern". Screw them. I started going to another dealer and they have no issue with it. They even performed the TSS recall without saying anything about it.
So, long story short - there will be many opinions about it, but my experience is that the lift did not affect it at all. I have been driving for about 50,000 miles with the lift without any false alarms or mishaps.

Should be no issues at all unless its like 4-6+ inches. Changing the grill would probably throw an error, lift should be fine.

I had a 2019 4.6L, got it cheap, that's why I bought it. I had a few issues here and there, nothing major, cruise wouldn't work all the time, pre collision hitting the brakes when someone pulled in front of me, the radar flooring it when it didn't see the milk tanker in front of me. After comments from TundraDude34 on YouTube about the 2017 being the quintessential year, I traded my 2019 for a barely driven mint 5.7L.

Why, No TSS (started in 18), has the big fuel tank (2016 and on), has a transmission cooler (19 and up don't), has a CD player, I'm sort of old, I have CD's still.

There are many disgruntled Tundra owners that are unhappy with the TSS, I wasn't one of them, the 2019 just ran too hot.

that's what i did to my 2019 limited.. Bilstein 6112 and 1.5 toytec shackle.. no issues.. ok.. so when i was looking towards my left at the car that was coming out of a drive way, i didn't notice how hard the car in front of me started breaking, and the tss started breaking for me.. lane alert goes off when i am drifting on to next lane to me. when backing up, sensor picks up oncoming traffic and alerts me, tested cruise control, seems to be working how it suppose to work.. basically i don't seen any difference from stock to suspension mods with the tss.. i installed the suspension back in Sept 2020 with over 15k miles.

If anyone know where i can take my truck to get re calibrated to specs due to my 2.5 lift and 1.5 shackle in the rear, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I'm doing this on my brand new '21 on the 18th. Also did it on my '20 Tacoma and have had no issues at all. Should be fine, do it!

Depends on what you mean by issues. Will the system still function...likely yes, as evidenced by the replies above. Will it still work correctly as designed...no. The calibration of those systems is done to a very tight tolerance based on the posture of the vehicle as designed. If you change the posture you will change the way it detects its surroundings thus changing how it functions. So it will be working just not as intended.

Don’t fix it if it isn’t broke. Recalibration is only as good as the tech who’s performing it. It could wind up worse and start constantly malfunctioning

That title...no one sees it and thinks, “I love those three words.”
