Can anyone confirm if the TRD center caps interchange with the center caps on the 2021 TSS OffRoad 20” wheels? TIA

    They will not fit.
Two different companies and different fittings.

TSS wheels are made by Ultra Wheels.

@Beau did something similar to his wheels. These look like and older version, but perhaps he can shed some light.

Mine are the 2019 TSS wheels but seem to be pretty similar to the OPs. Here is the thread that I created when I completed the caps. They are the standard TRD caps that were cut, dremeled, adorned with a vinyl circle, and glued in place. I rate the job a 5/10 in terms of difficulty though. Basically, you start with this and cut it down until it fits into the center cap hole and then run a bead of black glue on the outside perimeter. At first, I thought it wouldn’t work or look good because of the glue but I love the new look and the glue isn’t really noticeable. Hope this helps. I’ll see if I can find any pics that I took during the process.

These are all the pics I have. Hope they help.

This is what it looks like once it's cut down:IMG_4450 3.jpgIMG_4449 3.jpgIMG_4451 3.jpg
    IMG_4452 3.jpg
Prior to glueing it in (look closely at the gap between the cap and rim)

And finally, after gluing it in. The vinyl could have been better, but I'm happy enough with the results.

    Thanks!

Are the TDR caps smooth or is the lettering raised? Did you put anything over top the stickers?

They are smooth. They have like a gel coating, very professional. The turn around time is about 8 weeks. It was under $15 for 4 shipped. They come from Ukraine.

Do you happen to know if 83mm is the size for the limited Nightshade rims too?
