    FYI
that’s the model for the double cab.
The crew cab model is $403 on Amazon

Go Rhino! 69441687PC RB20 Running Board (Tundra Toyota Tundra Crew Max) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071NLTCBB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_LOQ2Eb1J71SFR

homedepot.com used to have these for cheaper than anyone but it looks like they stopped carrying them within the last few months, wish I pulled the trigger back in January.

Can you just drill the rivets out on the badges to remove them? Wondering if the bedliner is sprayed on before the badges are applied. Looks that way but can't say for sure.

I drilled them out and there is liner under the logos.

Awesome. Have a photo of what it looks like without the badge but with the holes?

I put mine on with narrow end up front...that’s where the badge was...if you look close you can see the holes...inconsequential in my opinion.

I wanted the wider part in the rear for the dogs and kiddos...plus they are wide and I was scraping the back of my leg on them. Overall I am happy with them. Been on the truck about 2 years.

My dogs and kids have smaller feet than me so I'll probably install them normally.

Side note... What color is your Tundra? Sunset Bronze Mica or Smoked Mesquite?

I drilled mine out. But I had the powder coat finish. I filled the holes with a black poly caulk. Still looks great after 3 years.

A couple issues:
It came with brackets that were boxed with instructions for double cab but I ordered a crewmax. I checked with GoRhino, first guy said double cab and crewmax might be different brackets, second guy said they were the correct brackets. Hopefully the second guy is correct, guess we’ll see when I install.
2nd issue: They came packaged pretty well except for a couple spots that had some rubbing in transport, see pics. The lip on the inside edge of the boards must have been hitting each other and causes some scratches in the powder coat. Would you send these back over this? I’m worried the next set could be even more damaged than these.
Anyone use a touch up paint or something to cover the scratches before installation?

This thread might be dead but I’ll try anyway.
I just mounted these on my 2020 crewmax and I’ve been tinkering with how to adjust these to look best. I have them on forward wide side up front for now but before I play with that, a question on the brackets.
Does it make difference which side you use the brackets on? Do people have them mounted so the flat side of the bracket is facing front of the truck or facing the back?
I also have been trying to figure out if there is way to adjust these so the brackets fall in a spot on the board that is solid so you can’t see them through the holes, no luck so far, seems like I always will have one bracket that is showing. I even tried reversing the center front bracket by switch sides of the truck but it still didn’t line up well with board holes.
Is there a magic trick to this or do I need to live with it and stop being ocd?

I had a similar experience with my RB20s. I put the wide side forward and flat side of the bracket facing forward. No idea if that is correct, but worked for me.

Not sure if there is a good way to line up the brackets so they don't show. I messed around with it for a while and never quite got it perfect so eventually just tightened everything down and called it a day.

Let me know if you do find the sweet spot.

I've had the RB10's in bedliner finish on my 2010 for about 4 years now. They are showing no signs of wear, plenty of grip and are still comfy on bare feet. I've had them in sand snow and typical east coast weather and they are holding up great.

Is anybody successful in getting Paypal checkout to work from the GoRhino website? Their online chat told me the Firsthero code stops tonight

Couldn't get it to work in Microsoft Edge or Safari (both with and without ad blocking disabled) at all. It wouldn't even load it up. I think it's something weird on their site. I went ahead and just used AmEx on their site and it went fine (bought mine with different promo code, but that shouldn't matter at all).

    Thanks for the reports!

The online rep said they are having Paypal issues but they are still willing to give me a discount once the issue is fixed on their end in the future

Installed yesterday after a lengthy delay (first order lost by FedEx), but 2nd order arrived in good shape. Two boxes: one with brackets and bolts. The other with the boards. They were packaged and protected very well. There is a PDF instruction file that can be downloaded on the Go Rhino website but it is missing a page of the directions. And, the printed directions included in the box were for a Dodge, but there aren't many parts to sort out and everything fit. I'm impressed with the fit and finish. I slid them laterally on the brackets as a first trial. Figuring that this will give me a max. footprint and protect against parking lot door dings. I can loosen the hardware and slide them in-board maybe 3/4" or so.

    First impressions are:

    1. Steps are definitely an advantage for those of us who are vertically challenged
    2. They are very solid
    3. Underfoot traction is good. I got the bedliner finish and like sandpaper
    4. Still not convinced I like the looks of side steps. Function over form?
    5. The logo face plate is definitely going away.

Just received my RB20s. Packaging was very good and everything was well wrapped. Every piece is covered with the textured powder coating. I know some in the past said the underside and brackets were not. Can't wait to install them. A little more chrome delete.

Yota: I notice you have a CrewMax. Got a question.

Did these boards come with an instruction sheet that said something like "CrewMax Installation Guide"? Or did they, for some strange, unexplained reason come with instructions that said "Double Cab"?

Yes they sent me the Double cab version as well. I will look for exact instructions/video online just in case.

You should be fine following the DC directions. Basically the same brackets and hardware. Just your boards are a little longer. Go Rhino seems to struggle a bit with the directions. Mine came with directions for a Dodge.

I ordered mine through CARiD, for a Crew Max.

TWICE, GoRhino directly shipped me running boards for a Double Cab. No invoice. No indication on the exterior of the boxes which model was inside. Instructions only for Double Cab.

I sent photos of parts numbers to CARiD both times, and they confirmed that I was sent the Double Cab running boards both times. CARiD has apologized profusely both times, but not a word from GoRhino.

Two months into the process, I still don't have my CrewMax running boards. Pretty sure my card has been charged, though.

Maybe the third time I'll be lucky.

Were there part #'s on the outside of the boxes? Mine had the double cab instructions as well, but I checked with GoRhino and from the part #'s on the boxes, they had sent the proper ones. I verified it with their website info as well.

(Attached a photo of the box part # for reference.)

I took photos of the labels on the outside of the box, and of the part numbers on the parts inside and sent them to CARiD. They coordinated with GoRhino for GoRhino's return authorizations and UPS shipping labels both times.

So, GoRhino is apparently saying to CARiD, "Yeah, we sent the wrong ones twice."

I even sent a photo of my VIN to CARiD the first time, at their request, to prove ... I don't know what. Their computer system and the purchase confirmation showed I ordered CrewMax.

I can't believe they will do this a third time (I'm waiting on delivery), but then I would never have believed they would do it a second time.
