I plan on keeping the stock wheels. Let’s talk spacers. Brand and size? Will this push the tires out just a hair

for the OE 18" wheels, I believe to achieve the best wheel offset a BORA 1" spacer works best...I will need to go and double check my notes and OE offset specs on those wheels you have.

He doesn't need those bump spacers unless he added a shim or additional lift on top of his bilsteins. Bilstein provides a shim in the kit, he should use that for best performance.

Oh dang I would’ve helped you but I’m in ATL. I was having same problem so decided to buy CB pro kit and came with everything, but didn’t use the spacers decided to buy sr8 wheels instead put me at +25 offset. Spacers will put stock wheels at +28 offset which about same. But wheels look better lol

Just being honest and saving him $ from unnecessary HW. after all, he already bought it when buying the kit. bilstein figured out the block height, provided a shim to work best with that specific set-up.

not trying to be a butt about it

Will a 1" spacer work without trimming the lugs? I thought that 1.25" was the min.

@Edier08 spacers will push the wheel out and give more clearance between the tire and UCA and it may help with the swaybar. Stock wheels are a +60 offset and a 1.25" spacer will change this to about a +28 wheel offset.

The downside to spacers, and pushing the wheel out, is that (as others have said) it could then cause rubbing on the front liner or possibly the cab mount behind the tire. If it rubs the liner, that is an easy fix to just push the liner forward. If it rubs the cab mount then an alignment with a good shop that knows lifted truck might help.

FWIW, I have wheels with a +25 offset and I was rubbing the swaybar with 35x12.5 tires. It only rubbed at full lock and even then, not all of the time. 295s are a little narrower so you should be ok or once the tires are worn down a bit, the issue might go away (until you get new tires again).

Easier to just remove the swap bar and move on :)

regarding spacers, yes i would agree with what you and @BUCS_KID88 stated with the 1.25" on the 60mm wheels. RW wheels are 50mm (which is what I run) and I was thinking 1" spacer on those to net 25 on the offset.

lol - yep, my swaybar is off. Much better for off-road and with 700# springs on-road cornering is not too bad.

Decisions! I do like the spacer look because right now they are tucked into the fender well a lot and it might help the sway bar situation. Does it matter which brand for wheel spacers

personally never felt unsafe myself with 600lb coils and the bar off. its been removed since about 8k miles once the 5100s were installed.

*removing the sway bar - end user is held liable for anything and everything. i am not responsible for anything that may happen*

Either Bora or Spidertrax. You want a good quality hub-centric spacer.

The only downside takes 4-10 weeks for boras to make to order or buy used ones from someone here.”I don’t like used lol”. Or spidertrax would ship faster but they are blue. That’s why I choose bora they black blends in with wheels....
