I am reaching out to this group, in hopes of being able to locate a bed box for my 2006 Tundra. I backed the thing into a tree and busted my passenger tail light into the bed side. I’m hoping to to get a new bed for it because that’s not the only damage it has. A back bumper would be nice too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It was my dads old work truck, and I’m gonna keep fixing it till it can’t be fixed anymore

    First off Welcome from Vegas.
So Sorry to hear about your little mishap.
Depending on how bad the damage is, it could be a lot worse and costly. I would suggest you repost this in the "1st Gen" forum and you may get better feedback since you have an 06. Good luck and post some pics.

I once backed my 2006 DC into a telephone pole. I lucked out by only busting the taillight and putting a small crease beneath the light.

Thank you all. I can post some pics tomorrow. Not all damage seen is from this incident, however, I intend to fix this truck up some. I feel like a new bed would be more cost effective. I’ll certainly be looking for more parts in the future. I’m learning all the buttons here. Bear with me

Also, I’m from West Virginia. That might be helpful info if anyone has a bed box or other parts of internet

Those pesky parking sensors will do it every time.

the only parking sensor on a 1st Gen is the "common sensor" and it tells you to pay attention when you put it in reverse.

It was a joke from a previous thread where the OP was blaming Toyota because he backed into a tree and the parking sensor didn’t go off. It’s a pretty entertaining read.
