10 days in...dipped the front emblem and smoked the front windows at the MA legal limit. Also put in some weathertec mats in the back. Still undecided if I should dip the rest of the badges.

Well spoke with the seller of the raptor grille and he confirmed you can not take out the center to keep my painted trim, its all one piece. The item is paintable so this maybe my next mod

    Added a Stubby

Swapped all interior lights, bed lights and license plate lights with LEDS.. Also added a back window sticker that drives OCD people crazy, but it's centered, I promise

Swapped taillights, took two sets. The first set the driver side blinker didn't work and lens had a crack, then I broke it more  Anyway, got replaced free of charge due to the driver side issue

Are those mirrors the Toyota brand or aftermarket? How hard was the install for a guy that has no idea what he is doing and is best friends with Murphy's Law

Thanks! I was in Louisville for work all week and missed my truck. I had an F150 ecoboost as a rental out there, and while it's fun driving a rental because you can do burnouts without feeling (too) guilty, it sure made me miss my truck. Thought I'd show her some love while I'm home for 2 days.

Louisville Slugger Museum is pretty cool.

I did not. I just applied the three coats and the clear coat and it came out ok. If/when I do it again I'll probably wet sand.

Not sure if they are OEM.
I added OEM tow mirrors to my 17CM and is was very easy.
Just take your time and all will be well. There is a video on Utube.

Did you do the 3.5"/1" kit or just the UCA's?

My kit will come in next week and then an install.

Installed a new pioneer HU to start an audio upgrade. Wheel controls work , rearview camera works anytime now. At volume 15 , it's louder than the stock HU was at 40. Sound is fuller and much cleaner. Looks better too. :)IMG_20170304_151706.jpg IMG_20170304_143837.jpg

Nice! I've been considering doing this too. Did you do the install yourself? If so, do you mind detailing the head unit's model # and what wiring harnesses are needed?

The model# is AVH-X4800BS. A buddy that installs for a living put it in and got the needed hardware. I'll check the list and post it in a bit.

I don't know if it qualifies as a mod, considering how easy it was, but I installed a LockerDown console box today. Well made piece of equipment. A perfect fit, looks and feels like it belongs there.

Now to trim up the organizer to fit...

How much lift are you running? Their site states not to use with 0-2.5" of lift, recommended for 3.0-3.5".

Edit: another place they say it might work with other 2.0-3.5" lifts....oye

    3/1

It actually is specifically recommended for a 2-3.5" lift when you have at least 6" backspacing on your wheels..

    upload_2017-3-4_20-2-26.jpg

Where does it say not for 2" of lift or whatever? I spoke with them on the phone before buying to confirm I wouldn't have fitment issues..

Ah yeah, didn't even notice that and I read those instructions.

I spoke with them on the phone and told them my exact setup and they said I would be ok. I think that is probably a typo but I'm not sure.. For me they are working great with ~3" lift up front.
