Hey guys. Wondering if anyone has run the firestone bags with the toytecs out back set at 1”? Did you need the spacers? From what I read. If you’re under 1.5” lift you’re good without them. I’m just looking for any first hand experience. I contacted firestone. They couldn’t give me a solid answer. Thanks guys.

I have Firestone airbags with 1-1/2" shackles. I measured and was right at the edge of Firestone's specs for ride height(which I didn't like). I made my own spacers out of 3/4" aluminum plate stock. Your probably fine at 1" but I would measure and check the install manual as it gives a range for ride height specs. The pacer they sell would certainly be to much in your case.

Thank you. I’m looking to keep the height I have now. We’re you able to keep the height you had or did the bags at min PSI raise the rear up a little ??

The airbags did raise the height a little at 10 psi, I keep mine about 6 psi and check them once a month. Shouldn't be to noticeable.

Instead of spacers, couldn't you just put daystar cradles in? Seems like that would give you the same effect. And then the bags don't anchor on the bottom, and more or less just float in the cradle.

Hey guys I currently have a 2-1 leveling kit and was thinking of doing a 2 inch coil over and a +2 coachbuilder shackle. I was also thinking of putting airbags so just wondering if anyone out there has shackles plus air bags and if that will give me better ride quality over spacer blocks.
