If you keep the factory +60 offset on your wheels they fit pretty well... Once you start trying to get a little poke is when shit goes to hell. I'm leveled. I added 1" spacers after getting my 295/70R18 installed and had to trim a lot of plastic and push the inner bumper liner forward. I just got new wheels with a +18 offset and will be doing more work...

I’m trying to get a lower Stance. I’m going to order the demello hammerhead bumper I’m hoping with that I can get a little lower. I saw on a thread that somebody used a head gun on the rear of the front fender and pushed it back just a bit so I might try that when I get the bumper in.

Love the look. I have the exact same truck, just got the Ray10's , ordering the Bilstiens this week and wanted to run 295/70/18 but I am worried about rubbing, cutting etc. I don't really have a shop around me that specializes in 4x4, more general mechanics who wouldn't be comfortable in chopping, cutting any metal. Did you have to do any trimming/cutting to get the 295's to fit ?

Thanks. It wasn’t bad at all to get rid of rubbing issues. Here’s what I had to do:

Awesome truck. Are you running any wheel spacers to fit those on the stock wheels?

No spacers. Just removed small flaps on front of wheel well. Occasionally rubs on front inner fender.

Put a 2 inch leveling kit on. Rocking 275/65/18. Want to goto 295/70/18. Here’s the stock tires with level kit on. I should be able to handle 1 1/2 higher and 1/2 wider with this size right?

I noticed today when pulling my utility trailer that my shifting with tow/haul on is all crazy after going up in tire size. Trailer weighs about 1000 lbs empty. Doesn’t do it in tow/haul without trailer.

That might be part of your problem. I was running around 5 mph off of GPS speed after I put my tires on. And I've heard it can mess with shift points too.

Imo, the best tire size for your truck. Keeps it fast and agile, and lighter than 35s. A lot of 34s are 34.25 inches, and mostly all 35s are like 34.99. Not much of a difference. And they’re skinnier, which is always a benefit. 15CC89DC-A330-444E-83C4-1642190F8A86.jpg38E3608D-6CDB-438E-A963-DB35E09FAB8B.jpg

I am think of adding 1.5” hub centric spacers on the wheel to add some space and to make the look “beefier”, any luck or experience with wheel spacers?

I've seen the thread on "Stock TRD PRO with 295/70/r18" some aren't using wheel spacers some are because the dire is very close to the UCA. My question is I've got 6112 at 1.9" which puts me close to PRO height and I'm on factory wheels, could I go 295/70 and be ok? Currently running 275/70 and want more fill in the whell well.
