Washed the Lexus, it’s cookin here today.

Glad to hear you got it repaired over having to replace. Unfortunately all 3 of mine are cracks almost length of windshield.

Go get em with ur face, I don't own a dump truck so I'm all for it. Since I got a class A CDL and my job knows I'm nice behind the wheel, my job usually appoints me to drive the bigger trucks and machines. Where I work there's tons of trucks and machines, like a grown up playground. Just my department got tandems in an auto Western Star and manual Mack. Plus we got a tanker and various machines like backhoes, loaders, and minis. Guess u can say I'm a jack of all trades, master of none. I know a little bit about a bunch of stuff, just enough to be dangerous. Anyway, my point was I own none of them, just a driver/operator so have at it with the face stickers. I'll keep an eye out for them in my travels lol.

Installed the BAM 8" Standard exhaust thanks @dirtydeeds very solid built exhaust and smooth install. I took my time and put another coat of paint on the BAM and after removing the axle turn down section for the resonator install painted it again as with the 7" lift can see the exhaust around the axle.

Debated on whether I would bother installing the resonator or no , but drove it with and without and WITH is the right answer for our needs...no drone, quiet in the cabin until you wake the beast then you can hear the deep tone / throaty sound!

I just want to go back out and rev it up all night lol. I would post the video but phone is missing much of the deep tone and growl it produces.

 

Where did you pick up your grill badges?

 

Do you have the sub wired for 2 ohms?

 

I've seen them on eBay.

 

I usually don't park inside the garage, but I will deflate each time I drive in to attach / remove the RTT (at least until I get rid of the RTT).

if you're talking about the door handles, I got them off carparts.com. They're for a 2017 sequoia.

 

Ohm....let me see.....lol. I just followed the directions from the tech 12volts site. So, whatever that is.

 

What tail pipes are you running?

Yeah, I plan to get the rest of the system also. You'll get more out of it if it is wired for 2 ohms. I don't remember what it comes as out of the box, it's just a switch on the sub.

 

Hey Hightide! The BAM standard 8" system from Dirty Deeds Industries (http://dirtydeedsindustries.com) just bolts between the cats and the over axle tail section I think you're asking about. For the install just takes a 12mm, 14mm and a hammer (to help with sliding hangers outta rubber mounts). It's just the factory tail section that's been torchered short after the axle turn down with a TRD tip on it there pointing mostly towards the ground. All painted with high heat flat black. Like the look with the lift and all. Always ran duals on prior trucks but am a big fan of this setup. I was going after the TRD pro exhaust until the research on Tundras...to be honest I've not heard the PRO system in person but I'm tickled pink with the sound here and it's stainless and less $. Cheers!

Yeah, I have the TRD system but want to go with Bam mids.
I did notice a bit of low end losss with the trd system but like the look.

 

Yeah, mine were the same. There should be a switch on the back of the speaker itself, chances are it is 2 ohms already. You can verify with James. I asked him directly what it should be set to.

This is funny. I saw this on the net tonight. Immediately changed my screens then later saw this forum. Great timing i guess. I have a 2014 SR5 TRD package and I did this no problem. I had to try 2 usb's though. Truck didn't like the first usb. Make sure pics are 800x480 and the folders are labeled correctly. displayoffimage and startupimage. Works perfectly!

 

I just picked up the same kit from wheelers off-road but with spc ucas included for 1770

No but they have a special where when you make an account they cover the sales tax so that was a pretty good discount

 

I assume front and rear should be all the same right for a CM .?
