Hey guys, longtime lurker here but I’m looking for a 07-13 5.7 RCSB if anyone is interested in selling. Located in California but willing to travel pretty much anywhere for the right truck.

It looks like Toyota built a total of about 6000 regular cab Tundra trucks between 2007 and 2013, this total includes short & long beds as well as all available engines & drive-trains. The RCSB account for a small fraction of the 6000 or so RC trucks made during that time period.

    Hey Everyone!

My dad just picked up a 2007 Tundra RCSB 4.7 V8 4x4 with a blown engine that he’ll be working on. He’s not big on forums or technology but I’ve owned two Tacoma’s at this point and enjoy being apart of forums like this.

Hoping to buy this Tundra off of him next year once I get my fiancé a new car.

Anyone know what these go for roughly when I’m running and driving condition? Trying to see how good of a deal we landed on given the fact that I don’t think many Timberland Mica RCSB 4x4 were made back in 2007. Only rust happens to be on the rear bumper, frame and body are actually in nice shape for its age.

    Pictures posted below :)

I replaced the Belt Molding Window Weatherstrip on my '07 today, and it's not exactly how the YouTube videos would have you believe.

    IMG_8052.jpg

Regular cab 2nd generation Tundra have a special trim piece located above the door handle that needs to be pried away - but not removed.

    IMG_8065.jpg
    IMG_8066.jpg

Once that piece was moved aside I was able to get at the molding, do not be gentle with the old molding as you push in and lift up at the same time.

    IMG_8062.jpg

I cleaned & waxed the painted surface hidden below, and then I slid the new molding into place working from the mirror back to the handle pushing down until I heard & felt it snap into place. I then centered the molding by grabbing the new molding with both hands, and sliding it left to right until centered. I then snapped that triangular piece of trim in place making sure I pressed the top section hard so that stretchy adhesive would pull tight.

Not mine, but I figured the lifted 4x4 with huge tires crowd would like to see it.

Here’s my 5.7 4x4, waiting in my new pro fox suspension and throwing some methods and 285/75r17s on at the end of the month.

Looks great but I may be the only one who prefers the 07-13 front end with the bigger headlights. Just looks "meatier" to me!

Hi guys, this is my first time posting. After reading this thread I didn't realize I bought such a rare rig. I picked this thing up yesterday from a guy that bought it from a 92 year old man. I was planning on using it for a work rig, but I don't want to disgrace it like that if it is such a unicorn. What's this thing worth? I can find another rig to work out of if I need to hang on to this thing. 07 RCSB 4x4 with 5.7 and 80k miles, 6-speed tow package.

    Hi guys,

I’ve got a line on a 2013 RCSB with the off-road package, anyways this would be my daily driver, it’s be an upgrade from a Honda Civic that’s costing me maybe 60? A week to fill up right now? I don’t do crazy miles, I’m just wondering if gas prices are killing anybody right now? It’s the only thing making me hesitate. Thanks,

    Mike
