I had saw off a few inches on each side to fit. The tonneau cover drain channel pushes the rails out shortening the width.

Are you using the Toyota divider or some other brand?

I had a bak-flip tonneau cover that was flush fit and the Toyota cargo divider. The only thing I had to do was flip the brackets that mount on the deck rails. That is - the knobs you see on top that hold the cargo divider, those were now on the bottom. Same function.

Side note: I hated that cargo divider. If you are going to leave it in one place, it isn't that bad. If you want to move it around, you have to loosen all four knobs, then beat it around with your hand as it roughly slides a couple inches one side at a time until you get it where you want it. Sometimes you can get lucky and get about a foot of movement if both of your arms are timed exactly right with the same pressure. :frusty:

I have the Toyota divider and Toyota tonneau cover. Like stated above. You need to flip the brackets so the knobs are facing down as well.

It’s worth it to me. I bring material to customer a lot. The times I only have a few 5gal buckets of chemicals and a few other items makes it easier. Also helps when going to Lowe’s to grab 5gal water and propane exchanges.

Resurrecting this thread. Looking at a bed cover and I plan to get the Toyota bed divider. Will this work with a retractable? Or do I have to use a trifold or roll up?

I believe it works with the retractable. With the trifold, the brackets push the rail out a little. You would just need to trim a little off both the divider ends to shorten it.
