Even as a 6'4" guy it makes a significant difference. Really helps to not wrinkle the leather on my Platinum by not not having to slide across my seat. Don't have steps at this time. Perhaps that is in the future.

Im fairly certain that there are proven HP gains on the dyno with the SABM and high flow filter.
For me... I havent noticed a huge improvement other than more noise from the engine compartment... but once I have longtube headers, dual exhaust and HP Tuners to add to the combo... it will play a bigger part. I also swapped in the TRD airflow accelerator.

I prefer the factory forward rake over dead-level... so my 3/2 Readylift became a 3/3 lift yesterday. Extended/raised the brake lines and added shock extensions while I was under there too.

Have you considered rotating your sway bar mounts 90 degree so they are on the backside of the axle instead of the bottom? This would move it up and restore the angle between the drop links and the bar, you generally want this as close to perpendicular as you can. Side benefit would also be clearance.

Yeah ive considered it... just havent done anything with it because its working fine as is for now. Thought about going on top or rear of axle... or making longer links.

Looking again at the pic... reminded me I need a rear diff breather kit too.

Last I heard it was only up to 2016, mine is a 17 and wasn’t supported. But I haven’t looked in a few years.

    Good stuff!
    Thanks!

I may have to be a copycat when my badges arrive.

I have the tow mirrors but I’ve color matched the large part of the housing.

How did you tint the turn signal on the mirror? Spray tint?

If you’re into the heavy duty bumpers but with a different guard, I may be selling a brand new, warn ascent bumper with baha bar shortly.
Same build standards, no cutting, easy to mount.

Nice! How much lift? Did you have to do a cab mount chop to fit those 35’s?

I did do a BMC and used SDHQ filler plates. JBA UCAs for caster, CoachBuilder bumper shims, and massaged the front fender liners. Im hub to fender upfront 26” and hub to fender in the back 27.25” empty. With RTT and full load out I’m at or slightly above level.

Thanks for the info! Wanting to go with 35’s next. I’ve also been looking at JBA UCAs. How do you like yours?

By the way, your truck looks awesome.

I had a knock off version of the oem runners; the powder coat started to peel and it was making me OCD so I ended up ordering the Tyger star armors from Amazon yesterday afternoons. They were in the porch by 8am. Just got finished installing them. They look great and feel sturdy as heck. Hopefully the powder coat holds up better on these.

After years of thinking of doing it (since my 2007 Tundra), I finally put together an access for oil changes in my 2018 Tundra. Just a prototype to try out as I had the plasma table and powder coating oven running for something else. Of course then it started raining before I could put it on...and I didn't the correct (stainless) hardware I will end up using.

Did the 1st oil change today at 4292 miles and upgraded to an aluminum filter housing.
    (Love my MAC filter socket.)

I was surprised how bad/black the oil looked.

Got the Rough Country rear bumper on! Instructions were wrong in a few places, but got it figured out. They said 3-4 hours, it took me 3 by myself and didn't get to wiring the lights yet. Still waiting for custom switches from AOB, should be here today.

For anyone looking to install this bumper, the big foam blocks that come with it work PERFECTLY for supporting everything going in and out.

It blows my mind how they set the interval to 10k miles. I think they want our trucks to stop lasting so long so they can sell more new ones.

Anything before 10k is better than 10k lol. I was really hoping to my first one at 2500 then 5000, but I had a bunch of shit going on in life and didn't get to it until 5k. Mine didn't look as dark as yours though.

Looks great. I'm planning on doing that pretty soon too. Care you share your dimensions? Or dwg if you have it?
