I just had my 2010 tundra leveled and put new tires and wheels on it. Now the problem is it pulls to the right while driving and also pulls right when applying the brakes. It did this before the new tires and level kit. I'm stumped please help!!!!!

Strong this. Make sure you take it somewhere that knows what they are doing.

I had that problem with my Tacoma, ended up being calipers, good to check maybe. I was told also to get a alignment after installing leveling kit.

Did you mean to say that it did not do this before new tires and level kit? If you really meant what you wrote, it might indicate a more serious problem than alignment.

It did do it before the level and alignment, I'm kinda leaning towards a brake caliper

Brake pads, calipers or rotors for the pull when braking.
    Alignment when driving.

Anywhere you prefer. It just depends on what brand you want and stopping power, I suppose.

I would imagine our front calipers are expensive. I'm no tech, but I would assume your driver's side caliper at least is fine. I would check to see if your passenger side front caliper piston(s) are seized up. If not, no sense in wasting the money. Without putting it on a lift to spin the wheel and inspect the caliper, after a few miles on the interstate check out your passenger side front rotor. If you can smell hot brake pads and it seems a lot hotter than the driver's side, that's an obvious clue.

The alignment seems more likely. Did you already have that done?

I agree with mototundra. Most likely not caliper with a 2010. Just take a look at the pads and rotor. If more worn on one side than the other then you may have a problem.
If even wear but pads are worn down then replace pads and get rotors turned down.
