ok guys, forgive my ignorance but the lift was on the truck when I bought it. It's a spacer lift front and back. I thought it was a 3/1 but I measured the block in the back and it measures 1.5" exactly. The truck sits perfectly level, so much that it almost looks like the front is higher. I'm trying to get a slight rake maybe 1" higher in the rear overall and at the same time reduce sag when I have weight in the back or when towing. So the goal is to raise the rear 1" more than it is now, by whatever means. My thoughts are an add a leaf. If I get one that adds 1" ride height can I still use the block with it? I'm not interested in airbags or timbrens as the goal is to increase the height as well as provide less sag. Here are some pics of the current setup. Thanks in advance for your help

If you plan on towing. You should ditch that block in the rear. It's de arching your leaf springs. Coachbuilder has some nice lift shackles.

Thanks for the quick response. I definitely thought that they looked flatter than they should be. I came from a 4Runner so not used to leafs. Should I be replacing them considering how flat they are? I'll look into the coach builders

Hard to tell what brand but it looks like a 3/1 spacer lift. How's the ride with those flat rear springs? A new Icon mini leaf pack might make you really happy.

I'm no towing expert maybe @ColoradoTJ can help. But depending on how much weight your hauling around, addressing them sagging leafs might be an option as well. Nice looking rig btw!

Ride is squishy. I'll check out the icons. Might be a dumb question but I'm assuming a whole new leaf pack (any brand) that gives say 2" lift from stock would put me where I'm looking to be? If so, can anyone recommend one that has additional stiffness over stock to prevent sagging? Thanks

The Dakar pack is heavier than stock which would be a full replacement pack. I wouldn't go with deavers since you are towing. I believe either way, you will need new rear shocks. The rears on the truck are rated for 0-1" lift. Icon add-a-packs are 1.5" of lift and utilize the factory overload and main leaf. The Dakar pack lifts the rear 2.5"

Thanks for the reply. I saw the Dakars on wheelers off-road. I'll keep that in mind. Also planning to replace the shocks with bilstein 5100's front and back. Had them on my 4Runner and was very happy with them. I might go ahead and replace the front springs at the same time and ditch the spacers altogether. Any recommendation on front springs to keep the front slightly lower than the rear with the dakars?

Looks like rough country makes a 3/1.5 that would explain the 1.5" block in the rear. I'm going to start from scratch. New shocks all around, new front springs for 3" lift. New rear heavy duty leafs that give 2" of lift or so. I think I'll have to piece this together. Time to do some research

May be wrong but by your pics your leaf pack looks worn out not. I'd go ahead and take the block off and get a Dakar leaf pack

Yup, they are. I'm considering the Dakar for the added strength. Now looking for front springs to pair with them for a slight rake. Going to ditch the spacers. Dakars giving approx 2.5" lift I'd want a 3" lift in the front. Any suggestions on a good match?

On my 4Runner I had OME springs front and OME heavy duty springs in the back with bilstein shocks all around and I loved that setup.
    Thanks

Yeah great setup. I think I'm going to stick with what I know and go with the full OME lift. Dakar leaf pack, Bilsteins in the rear. OME 614 with the nitro shocks in the front. This should net me 3-3.25" front and 2.5" rear. Talked to Dan at Wheelers Off-road yesterday and this will fit the bill perfectly. I have to say Wheelers has been very helpful and patient answering my questions on my 4Runner and now my Tundra.

OME Dakar springs, shackles, and Bilstein shocks shipped yesterday. I'm going to install the rear stuff first and see how it sits, then deal with the front. I'll post pics after the install. Thanks to everyone that helped out.

Talked to Dan at Wheelers they said those things break all the time. They are there to prevent squeaking and don't really work all that well anyway. He said he just takes them off if they break. He also said it won't hurt anything to leave them as is

Got the Dakar springs and Bilsteins installed in the rear today. I'll post pics of how it sits tomorrow. Looks just as expected, about an inch higher in the rear. I love the new stance and it rides amazing over the previous setup. Here are some shots of the install

Ok so I didn't remember to get a pic with just the truck. But this should give everyone an idea of how the springs prevent sag. I think it dropped half an inch once I hooked up. This rear setup is great

Anyone know if they make a front spacer that will net about 4" of lift? After letting the truck sit for a while I just can't get used to how much higher the rear is. It sits about 2" higher than the front, giving it some noticeable rake. I'd like to reduce the difference by an inch or so. Currently have a 3" lift spacer in there. Thanks

If you where to run a 4 inch lift in the front you would need to buy new upper control arms as well.

Yup, you will definitely be needing some UCA's if you go over 3". How much lift did the new shackles give you? @Coachbuilder1 has different sets of shackles with the smallest providing around 3/4 inches of lift in the rear. If your new shackles provide more, the easy answer may be to let the back end down some instead of trying to push the front up to get more level...
