Thought of something: using the whole can of seafoam through intake is a waste, most of it is already ran through your system before you have a chance to use the rest of the bottle. So today I'm going to just use half the bottle.

I used the offset socket. My advice is to run it and then try to change them about 30 minutes later. If it's only been 6 years you shouldn't have much issue removing them with the socket and breaker bar.

The problem I always have with RA is the shipping. Usually by the time that's added Amazon or local stores are nearly the same sometimes cheaper especially when you're ordering multiple/heavy parts.

I used the Aisin kit, 35k so far with no issues

I did indeed use crows foot. My Napa friend lent me his set that had various types to choose from. Getting O2's out was not really that bad....unplugging them was the bitch with the tight space Toyo engineers gave us. Didn't help that it was colder hell that day and ith thin blood, I looked like a blood soaked fem teenager who learned the facts of life for the first time.

Chicken mozzarella and herb sausages with grilled sweet onions (heavily seasoned with garlic salt and pepper) on Hawaiian rolls.

My pump was leaking for about a year before I took her in for a timing belt. Pink crustys developed on the underside with the occasional sweet smell of coolant wafting about.

Good points. Lots of extra work and time to flush the coolant system versus just filling and sending after the new belt and pump go on. I think thats what happened after my belt change by others. The coolant looked like butt after a year after the belt change. They put in a new radiator a year later and used green OAT coolant (another fail). Our trucks need Phosphated coolant (Pink) to offset the chemical reactions going on between Aluminum heads and Iron Block.

I think it has to do with where the frame was stored. No clue. No big deal.

Need advice on the o2 sensor clips removal. Been reading to squeeze the top clip and pull.

Read some others say to slip a flat head between the two connectors and slightly twist the flat head and pull the connectors apart.

It has to be pushed down towards the center of the connector, take a look at the new one and you'll see what I mean. Try pushing the connector together and then pushing down. Sometimes they get hung up on the mating piece and don't like to release.
You may be able to use the screwdriver twist to help push it down but be careful about it.

So push the outer sleeve bump tab down (while pushing the connectors together) so that it releases the inner connector tab mating. If this doesn’t work, then gently try the flathead insertion technique.

Sounds correct. I also pulled the whole connector off of the mount it's on to see it a little better.

Sometimes it felt like I was pushing the release tab but couldn’t tell if I was lifting it enough to clear the nub. Maybe push the tab and if you can see the keeper lift, then you know where to shove a small screw driver. The screw driver makes for one hand pull out usually. It would be hard to push the screw driver to far, just make sure it’s small enough, but still wide enough to encompass that nub so the catch can slide over it

My 13 year old earned his own money to buy one of these after you posted it. He's been driving it for a few weeks and absolutely loves it! I'm amazed at how well it's built and handles. Super fun!

Thinking about buying this '93 pickup, for absolutely no good reason. Not for a daily driver or winter use, just to putz around with and do hardware store runs and haul $hit around my property... and maybe teach my teenager to drive a stick. Bad idea or good idea? Any reactions to asking price? Any fatal flaws on these things? I assume a southern CO car will have minimal frame rust, but I will look ...

Got jealous of everyones Wildlife Stories from the other day. Took a few shots of Igor and Matilda nesting up near the Northern portion of the South Coast. They are Variegated Wild Turkeys that have adapted to living on the water. A rare sight.

Started pulling apart the engine I got the same time as my tundra. Came from a 1997 4runner that rolled after hitting a wall. There’s fucking glass everywhere
[IMG] [IMG] I’m replacing all the gaskets. Reseal the whole thing and give it a good once over before putting it in the 01 Tacoma to test out camshafts from a Camry and some other things
