    Yes it made a big difference. I only noticed drone around 1800 rpm but this took that out and it seems to have overall made the system more quiet except at WOT. I would say it made thr system more DD friend ly but I miss the growl on cold start. This is coming from the 8 inch

    Yes, the flip up mount comes with the bumper package. I went w a Factor 55 Flat Link and a Smittbilt X2O 10K winch w synthetic line.
