@Sp33dNut , I've had no issues in city traffic or on the open highway with my temps due to the dual-grille LED set-up.

I love it when people recognize hard work. Too many times when people find out my truck is paid off, or look at all the money I've put into it, they think u either hit the lotto or that you're a trust fund baby. Nobody ever says damn u must have worked really hard for that. It's like people don't realize thru hard work there's a way to make things happen. Everyone just assumes it gotta be the easy way.

Tnx, yeah on propane baseboard heating it saves me $700/month and we burn wood 6 months out the year. That's a lot of mod money lol. Crazy as it sounds I like to have 7 cords stacked ready to burn and another 7 at least cut and split in case I run out plus for the next year. Even crazier I started doing that many years ago with a 12lb mauler lol.

I appreciate you recognizing the hard work that goes into it. Most people just don't get it, wifey included, but I just started getting my oldest son to start recognizing some of the hard work that goes in. Couple more years I'll have 2 sons helping. Yeah it's definitely 1 of those things unless you do it yourself you don't really appreciate it.

About your 2 cords, still a rockstar, I'd say it's still something to be proud of, and 2 more than most people do.

Laquer thinner on a microfiber rag with a little elbow grease. Follow it with another thinner rag. Final wipe with a clean rag. Worked my way down 6-12” at a time. I washed it for good measure. It was really simple.

Myself, dad, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, uncle, grandfather, and some friends would all get together on a weekend(yes...the whole weekend) and split wood for our house, grandfather's house, aunt's house, uncle's house, and my dad's mechanic shop. We would cut down a few trees and split it then put it up in a shed at my dad's shop. LOTS of work. My grandfather actually built one to put on his 3pt on the tractor cuz the one's you buy aren't nearly good/strong/dependable enough. Split wood up to 4ft long. Lots of hard work that most people don't (and won't ever) understand. Being less fortunate has made me learn a lot! Some of the best memories with my family though for sure.

Pop both grommets out and run a wire through there and tape the power wire on. It will go right in through.

That's awesome and I can relate to most of it. I spent the money on a good commercial splitter, so far it's a beast. Not 4ft long beast on a tractor but will just about split anything with decent speed. Hard work and not having a lot makes you appreciate it later in life when u get it. Only part I can't relate to yet, is having a bunch of help. I'm the only 1 in my fam that burns and my oldest is now 10 so he just started helping last year. He helps me stack and right now in life hates it, can't blame him, so do I lol. My youngest is more at the age where he gets in the way but loves to help. I thoroughly explained the safety part and let him push and pull the lever on the splitter while I'm right there moving the logs under the wedge. My up and down voice commands he pays great attention to and loves it.

Hopefully 1 day they do love it, I'm guessing when chainsaws come in for them down the road and running the splitter by themselves they just might. But even if they don't now, 1 day they'll have that memory of us working together and hopefully realize hard work pays off and can appreciate it, learning a few things in the process.

I'm sure some guys are saying get back to truck stuff, stop talking about wood splitting u weirdos lol.

So here it is, tomorrow afternoon I'm planning to install the pro OEM leds, with turn signal and marker light led replacement. Then I'll be onto the marketplace looking to sell my current setup. So if interested, keep an eye out soon.

    Bye bye old lights.

I already know aesthetically I will. I'm just wondering if performance wise it'll be an upgrade to my current setup since I already bought the headlight revolution led bulbs which were a huge upgrade in performance to these current halogen housings. I literally couldn't see at night with these stock halogens. When I replaced the bulbs with their expensive led bulb kit I gotta say it was a huge difference in better performance, cutoff was actually really good too. I could actually see without even needing my BD fogs. I'm just hoping LEDs in a LED housing gets even better performance.

No dimming, just bright all the time. Congrats on your order. Mine have been sitting in my garage unopened for maybe over a month already. I know what I could sell just the housings for as I've seen others sell the stock blacked out TRD Pro halogen housings. Mine really are perfect condition, no haze, no broken tabs. I am curious on them plus the headlight revolution led kit together. I know I won't get a couple hundred for the bulbs but I'm pretty sure I damn near paid that when I got them new.

Decided to try the TVD vinyl overlays on my chrome emblems. Wasn't sure if I'd like them compared to the Plasti-Dip, but i think it looks pretty good especially against MGM. The large letters are a breeze because you use water and can align them pretty easily, the engine emblem is a one shot deal, once it touches, that's where it stays. I found if you line up the centers of the i, and the 5.7 L it falls into place correctly. Also, those little letters under the screen go on wet, but dry really fast and wont budge. They give you an extra set of all the letters, and you will definitely use some of them. :)
All in all a great product, and something a little different.

Put a Ranch Hand grille guard on today, best price I found was local so picked it up after work and had it installed in about an hour. Should help with deer strikes, we're beyond full of whitetail here!
