I did the same about a year ago and couldn’t be happier. Cost me about the same and a little DIY time and boom, works great

Roman on here or I found mine on Amazon. Check out YouTube the lower moldings are easy, they just snap in on one side, slide into a groove on the other. No tools needed. The upper window moldings idk about though

Spent about 5 hrs yesterday going full send. Finally committed to cutting the bumper. Relay and 3 pole switch used for manual on /off / reverse.

Nice work, I feel the 3 way switch is the only way to tie aux rear lights in. Nice work, looks good.

I followed my DIY pop n lock wiring and rear cam. Under the passenger side, pulled thru a grommet under the rear seats, into the kick plates up to the A pillar. Relay is mounted by the blower fan.

I heard on the news today that in some states property taxes are going way up to help offset the cost of this virus. Good luck:fingerscrossed:

Finally got my subs, amp, and door speakers installed. I didn't really take any pictures while working, because I just wanted to get it done. I will say though, doing from a DC to a crew max is awesome with all of the extra room. The rear seats still fully recline, however it's extremely tight.

Subs are too beefy to mount them any other way, they have a mounting depth of 6.5" and the magnets ars almost as wide as the sub!

The only real pain was pulling out the rear seats, as the bolts go through the floor and are exposed to outside elements. If you have any rust, it's a PITA. Especially trying to get any level of torque with a fractured arm :duh:.

The door speakers were kinda dumb too, however thankfully I had enough wood to make my own brackets.

Not sure man, It’s a toss up Between ADS and the king 3.0s. I know ads has their shit dialed for the tundra and a lot cheaper. But love the look of the kings haha

Ok, the shop got a little crazy last night. I decided to mod my taillights unlike anyone else (as far as I know). I’m a little crazy and have too much bravado haha.

First, I broke all the lenses off the housings. Then cut holes up top for the led truck brake lights. I’m going to buy clears for the reverse ones below today. Once done, I will bedline the light housings color matched Quicksand to match the truck body. These will be easy to swap on the trail if a light breaks as well as makes the tail lights a bit smaller and less bulky (imho :))Thoughts?

When I took my tailgate assist strut off to bolt my Decked mounting eye bolts in, I broke it putting it back on. Thankfully.....the top ball socket is threaded on and a standard M6 thread. Repaired it for just over $8 instead of having to buy a whole new strut. Used these guys.

Ok I added some bondo to the filler piece to strength, then cut out the lower light hole once dry. I’m in a bit of a wiring pickle now... As the tundra has separate loops for signal and brake lights, it seems I need to keep the circuits separate. So, that means I either have to buy new lowers with a signal light included and add signal lights as pictured (none in town so have to order and wait). The strip I would drill hood in the housing and mount the led strip behind the housing I’m thinking if I go that route. Thoughts? Tips?
