I tried to put my new set of wheels on my truck today, but the studs are too small for the wheels to fit. I've seen other people put these wheels on their trucks just wondering why they don't fit on mine. If you have any ideas let me know, thanks.

What do you mean the studs are too small? They arent long enough?

What lug nuts are you using?

Steel wheels, may be an issue, as the lugs may be too wide to fit properly... Possibly the reason your studs are short as well??

Hmmm. Studs too short? Stud spacing not matching wheel? Studs too fat for wheel lug holes? We needs more info. LOL. Throw the wheel on the truck and post a pic. Pics always helpful. Pics or it didn't happen.

I know when I bought aftermarket wheels for my 2014 the lugs seems a bit short.
The lugs were shorter in the front than in the back.

After 7 re-balances, 4 of them road force, I could not get rid of the steering wheel shimmy.
Aftermarket wheels, steering wheel shimmy, OEM TSS wheels, no shimmy.
Even tried ET lugs and still had shimmy.

Sent the wheel seller documents of the balances and they let me return them for a refund, shipping included.
I got really lucky, still running the OEM TSS wheels...

check the hub and make sure it is clean from rust and debris, could be causing the wheels not to sit flush on the rotor

I think the problem here is you don't have the right lug nuts for this wheel. The picture you posted shows and acorn style nut and the wheel shown requires a shank style lug nut, those have a shank that goes inside the wheel and the seat is on the face of the nut head. The wheels look like they fit fine you just need the proper lug nut.

You need something like these for the OEM aluminum wheels...
