Anyone running same lift with CB tie rods I heard it’ll help with alignment issues ?? My truck only has 15k miles never gone off road and been aligned 2x ..can this issue be fixed at all ?? I need some input please thank u

    The 7 inch bds lift is known for this. I’ve put 30k miles on my new tires though and it’s barely starting to be noticeable so something might be off with yours. I’m going to dismount my tires and flip them on the rim next time I go in for a rotation to get it to wear evenly but mine isn’t too bad. I can’t help with why yours is so bad if your alignment numbers look right...

    I have the same 7inch bds lift and I’m running the coach builder tie rods! I haven’t had any problems!

    Are you using factory alignment specs?

    BDS suggests:

    The Tundra specifications for the best tire wear are below. I have attached the procedure Tundra’s use for their alignment, I am sure you’ll find it interesting.

    Caster =maximum positive adjustment available
    Camber=0
    Toe=1/8” toe in
