Regular Cab Tundra - Audio upgrade options ...

I am a little confused on the Audio upgrade options on a 2nd Gen 2007 Regular Cab Tundra SR5 with Stock Head unit. Can you guys advice.

Stock Speaker upgrades path... (I did get the GB package from James@Tech12Volts)
1. Component Speakers for the door [Hertz K170 C]
2. Sail panel tweeters from the component speaker.
3. Dash Speaker upgrade (Tweeters?) JL C1 100
3. Center channel speakers spliced into the Dash Speakers. Two JL C1 100
4. Adding Sound dampening as required.

So basically all the three Dash speakers are spliced into the front door speakers with crossovers?

If I want to take it up a notch do I add a 2 or 4 Channel Amp & 12 in Sub woofer?

or

Just upgrade my Head unit to a modern one with Android Auto?

I am trying not to spend too much on Audio and spend it somewhere else like performance(LSD, DAP tune, Sway bar) and appearance (Headlights, Fog lights, Grill, Wheels, lowering kit, Bed Cover)

Wondering how your Kenwood KSC-SW11 Sub woofer gets the signal from your Kenwood DPX792BH eXcelon head unit? Maybe the Amp and Sub woofer are built into the enclosure?

The budget system I installed sounds great, the sub woofer is self powered and it frees up the head units wattage to drive just the door & dash speakers. Also, the sub fills in the lows nicely without being overwhelming & booming... it's just right.
