Don’t mind the dirt:anonymous: . Pretty simple set up. I just taped the lines out before cutting into the fenders you figure the proper lines I wanted.

BORA is a garbage company and Lenny does not stand behind his product. He sent me a pair of spacers and the studs weren't pressed in properly. I lost two wheels (cost me over $400) and Lenny blamed me for "not torquing them properly"

Ask anybody who wheels with me, I torque my damn wheels every time I stop on the trail

I can't argue, I was there for one of the failures. Mine have been fine, luckily. I guess G2 is about the only "big brand" alternative for anything other than 1.25" Spidertrax. Yes, you check your wheels more than most drivers look in their rear view mirror.

yeah thats the only reason Lenny gets away with acting like an ass to his customers. He's got the market cornered. I contacted spidertrax about a 2" spacer and offered to buy 20 pairs to make it worthwhile and they gave me a hard no.

There are chinese spacers on the market, but the hub lip thickness is thinner than bora or spidertrax and I wasnt comfortable with them

My wheels are -14. I was just referring of what the ideal offset to fit 37s without headaches like everyone else mentioned on here would be +20 to +25

Yes you are correct. I am in the negative.. -14

Well that sucks. I bought some bora spacers for the new wheels. Hopefully I won’t have any issues with what I’m paying for the wheels. I’m a little crazy with making sure my lug nuts are torqued properly as well. I always do it before long trips or anytime the wheels come off and retighten them after 10 miles of driving and anytime I go wheeling. I never want to be that guy on the side of the road with my wheel missing and truck on the floor. Also I don’t wheel nearly as hard or as fast as you(I’ve seen your videos. Awesome by the way) so hopefully I won’t have any issues. I did end up buying the TE37s though in bronze in a +55 offset with the bora spacers. Wanted hyper blue, but bronze won in the end. I will post the truck with the new wheels when I actually get them. It’s good to know though about the spacers potential issue. So I appreciate the heads up.

Okay so I’m curious if I can get by with 37’s. I have king 2.5 ext travel CO’s in my garage, waiting on my method NV 305 18x9 +25, and my LSK UCA’s to come in. Having BMC done Thursday. I really want to run 37’s but not bad enough to make a huge project over it. Thanks for the help in advance.

Yes you can. But you will have to do the pinch weld mod as well if you are going with just a 3” lift in front. If you have a front sway bar that has to go as well.

Only thing I'd suggest is doing the cab mount chop after you get your 37's on. You can chop it, just don't plate it til you know it clears. Nothing like doing a CMC only to grind it all off to fit your 37's.

My problem with Lenny isnt that he sold me a defective product, that can happen with any company. He sells plenty of spacers that dont have any issues.

My problem with him is that when there is a problem, he tells you to piss off. I mean, he didnt say it like that. He made me jump through all kinds of hoops. Made me send pictures then made me ship the spacers back to him on my own dime blah blah blah then at the end says, too bad so sad you didnt torque them properly

You should see the emails I have from that guy. He's a piece of ___

well that doesn’t make me feel to confident if anything were to happen. I hate dealing with people that never want to admit any faults. Sounds like he just didn’t want to pay for any damages. But I won’t be using spacers anymore as I just got some bad news. They discontinued the TE37s and are making a TE37XT next year. So my order was canceled. Maybe they will make a +25 offset this time so I won’t need spacers. Guess I’m getting my winch and light bar for the c4 hybrid bumper that will show up this Friday. So bummed.

    Local shop, nothing online.
Guy bought the tires and wheels for his f150 and they wouldnt even come close to fitting (stock height, duh lol) have 10-11/32 on the tires so not nice and new by any means, bbuuuttt will last me for a bit. Payed him $150 for the wheels/tires
Shop owner had a set of moto metal 18x9 +18 wheels for a tundra sitting in the back that had been there for a while, sold all 4 to me for $200.

And I just sold the ford wheels for $200 on Facebook marketplace hahaha

So, are most of you guys re-gearing with 4.88s, or 5.29s? And what fuel mileage numbers are you seeing once re-geared? I’d love to entertain making this move, but I’m already only averaging around 13.8 per tank on 295/75s. And this girl is my daily driver. (Lots of freeway miles, but I do live in the Sierras)

I don’t know what a hybrid is... I’m on 37x12.5x18 nitto terragrappler g2’s, I drive mostly highway and occasional off-road sand, rock and snow. Seem to work well for me, tons of tread on the earth when aired down.

Some guys running Ridge Grapplers for a hybrid and seem to like them, @Wildtrout is running them in 11.5 wide (which I'm seriously considering just gotta save way more money haha)
@BlackSheep has the kanati trail hog a/t-4 which is kinda like the duratrac so hybrid-ish, may go that route since I can get them cheap when I need new tires
I've got the stt Pro's but literally just put them on this past week so new to me, but they seem to get really good reviews and alot of dudes on here running them for an MT

So, I have a 3” in the front (ToyTec Boss 2.5 Aluma), 2” in the rear, BMC and all on 18x9 +18 Method 312’s. What else would I need to do other than the CB spacers to mount either 37x12.5 Ridge Grapplers or STT Pros?
