    What would it be?

There is so much info on lifts but not on pricing of most. I would like Coilovers, new UCAs, and rear shackles. Toytec is about 50 miles from me, and several local 4x4 shops. My budget is 3,500.

Currently have Ray10s, 18x9 +25 offset. And will be moving up to a 35” tire.

If $3500 is your budget, then just pick your favorite color... kings, icons, elka, etc. What are you going to use the truck for the most? Is the lift and 35” tires for off-roading? Or more for looks with occasional off-roading?

Bilstein 6112s assembled from Boss 4x4 at top setting.

Coachbuilder shims to even it out to 3in up front

UCAs of your choice for budget

    Coachbuilder +3 shackles for rear

    Bilstein or Icon rear shocks.

3 inches and leveled and will work for off-roading and daily driving capabilities.

Will work with those wheels and tires.

Minor flexing or trimming of plastic in wheel well and you will have extra money left over.

Off roading every weekend. I am always somewhere on a dirt road in the mountains. But I’m not Baha’ing either. This includes install as Kings are out of my price range and I wouldn’t use them to their full potential (which may happen with any of them)

I thought 6112’s only get me to 2.5...but appreciate the info. I moved in from 6112s thinking they wouldn’t get me to 3”

Icon has some good packages, for 3500 all in, i would check out toytec or bilstein. dont cheap out on uca’s, spend the money on a nice set of ucas, you should be able to do the install yourself, take your time and wd40 all bolts, i broke off a bolt along the rear suspension and had to order theough toyota, pia!!

The best thing to consider is what type of off-roading you are doing. For example if you’re just driving logging roads at 20mph then adjustable res shocks might be overkill. If you want to bomb in the wide open desert/plains then the bigger shock the better.

Does that 3500 include tires or is that a separate budget?

Icon Stage 4, and then just switch out the multi leaf pack for the shackles you want. And then grab some UCAs of your choice... then buy a bunch of meat and beer and find some local Tundras.com folk that can help you install that. The cost to install will destroy your budget. If you have the tools and a full day to work on the truck, definitely go they route. The install of these parts is pretty simple

You're only 50 miles from Toytec and the local experts on CO wheeling. What's the hold up?

Tires would be a separate budget. I do want to say, if I don’t have to spend that much I would love to spend the least amount possible for the best bang for the buck.

I am hoping to have my truck ride better, but I haven’t had enough experience getting to feel a fox vs icon vs anything else other than Bilstein. So I was hoping for a magical solution (I guess?)..but install locally is atleast 1k-1200ish. I haven’t ever installed shocks so I didn’t want to take it on especially since it’s my daily driver and I have kids in tow..

Find someone in your area with Kings, and another with Icon. Ask them to let you ride or test drive the truck. This will give you a good idea on how they ride.

I'm about 10 minutes from Toytec.
@Toytec Lifts has their own install facility and tech. You really need to call them. Tell them your budget. They are local and will do you right based upon your needs. The full OME setup is certainly doable with your budget. There is a forum discount. Call David or Hugo.

The OME ride is good . I had OME coilovers on my 07. @Grumpy Uncle has the rear DAKAR leaf pack too. @Toytec Lifts
    carries the full setup.

    If I had $3500 for a 3" lift then I would probably buy a 4" lift...

Haha..yeah. I started out wanting a level...then it creeped to a 1.9, 2.5, now 3. If I keep going I’ll be at 6 then just go full blown monster truck.

Haha, gotcha, but if you plan to run 35's then a 4-4.5" lift will give you a little more fender gap and less of that stuffed look.
