I just used a vice. Bent easy. One bend I had to use a large Cresent wrench and it worked fine.

Added USB ports to the cockpit. A much needed upgrade.

Hi sir , your trucks awesome , I'd figure I'd ask this question to you with the pics of your c.v. shaft out , I got a 13 4X4 4.6 V8 stock for now I came from a 16 Tacoma . Was wondering did you have to do that ecgs bushing replacement on the drivers side after lift ? I had to do the bushing after my 3 inch lift on my taco , didn't no if I also have to do this to my tundra when I lift it , thank you in advance for your time

Thank you. I’ve never have had any shaking issues since lift so never even thought of that to be honest. Wish I did it at the time now! Ah well been smooth sailing either way. Congrats on moving up to a Tundra ;)

Added my mtb trail tools to the truck today. Along with the recovery bag (gloves, straps, recovery receiver), and the jack all strapped inside the front bumper. The chainsaw has been strapped in the box for most the fall. Should be pretty much ready for anything.

Replaced the driver’s cv axle. Only the outer boot was starting to leak. It’s pretty obvious at this point my lift is too tall for heavy duty cv axles. I will look for aftermarket high angle cv’s in the meantime.

That's a nice truck you got there. I'm really digging those sliders. If I drive out to Hinton do you think you could hook me up with a set?

Nice thanks haha. I’d be down to build a set for ya prolly. I have a pretty large backlog of work to catch up before I can accept more. I’ll dm ya and reply to the thread when I can if ya want?

That'd be awesome! I'm not in a rush since I haven't actually bought my tundra yet. I've gotta upgrade from my tacoma by this summer so I'm shopping around while I have time.

My driver side (right side of steering wheel) vent was loose and wouldn’t stay in position. So I crazy glued just these two ends near the red lid, then kept moving the vent position until glue was dried. It is nice and tight now, score!
