Sounds like MrMax needs to come to North Carolina and get a Christmas tree...oh and while you're in the area, help me install a supercharger. ;) In the meantime, if anyone knows of a solid installer in the area, I would be much obliged.

I am installing a Harrop too. I had a detailed phone/email conversation with folks in Australia and Dayton OH, about not requiring the tune or fuel injectors. They explained to me why it works on a factory tune. My install will be done by Dec 25th 2019. I will post detailed pics and videos of the install.

Can I ask what persuaded you to go with the Harrop over the Magnuson? Do you plan on doing more than just the supercharger?

I have been looking at them both for a while, I also got a chance to see them in person (not-installed), the Harrop just looked better built, Also I was getting them for the same price (although Harrop is expensive technically because it does not include air box, spark plugs, tune or fuel injectors) just decided to go with it. Not much of tech analysis. :). I am planning a few other mods, but not performance mods just aesthetics. Forgot to mention, I am doing the oil catch can also.

Are you doing it yourself? I noticed few instructions with radiator hose routing are missing.

    @atomstundra

No. I have a great performance shop installing it (Been on waiting list).

Interesting.. I'll need to check on that. Please let me know if you find out anything.

Harrop sent me the most up-to-date installation manual for the Tundra in PDF, but I'll re read everything.

Notice how the instruction talk nothing about the coolant reservoir and all the other pre-installed hoses in the back of the sc.

I think this should be the whole picture. (hose shown in blue is the only hose described in the instructions. Hoses shown in red are my guesses)

This makes sense. These instructions are definitely not as Thorough as the Magnuson kits. I'll have to have Harrop answer a few of my questions before the installation.

I would think the lines you drew in the pump would be flipped. Center being the inlet and outer port being the outlet.

I re-wrote the entire Harrop instructions again adding all missing details. A 35 page original doc became a 70 page doc. Mostly a copy paste from various places but this is a better doc for DIY'ers :) Since I am doing it myself I wanted to take out any ambiguities before starting the work. Took me a day to re-write.

Did Harrop recommend upgrading the spark plugs, or will OEM suffice?

    Great to hear!

By the way, is your Tundra a Flex fuel? (Mine isn't).

Until 1/8, mine is just a very expensive paper weight

Mine is not a flex fuel also.
I love my paper weight, my wife told me that when I open the box everyday to check on my SC, there is a special glow on my face ;-)

Almost done, few doubts that I have sent email to Harrop seeking clarification. Hopefully the build will complete tomorrow.
