So I found one 40 mi away that was what I thought was a smoking deal. 2019 with 1240 miles on it for 44,500 +TTL Original sticker msrp of 56,500. Has factory bed cover. Really stoked to have found this deal. Certified CPO truck.

First question, how to set up the folding mirrors to fold then you lock the doors ?
Second question, How do you fold the panel next to the cab back ?

Sounds like a great deal! I don't think there's a way to get the mirrors to autofold on lock ... gotta push the button before you turn off the truck. Not sure which panel you're referring to in the 2nd question.

If it's a OEM tonneau, you can't get the last panel to fold. It on only folds 2 panels. Looked at the factory and that was a big factor for me going with another type when I bought mine recently. But the OEMs are quite solid and don't leak. Guy I know stands on his sometimes. No way in well I would do it on my MX4

Ah I get it now :) Yeah mine has the oem cover as well and the last panel doesn't fold. It does have 2 cables you can pull on the ends by the cab to remove it though.

My OEM tonneau was installed by the selling dealer and while I find it sturdy, it leaks like crazy above the tailgate when I use the car wash.

Tail gate seals maybe? I put some on mine and it cut that out. tailgateseal.com. They have to drain at the tailgate but try to make a seal where each side drains beyond the seal so it doesn't get in the bed. It's been a drought here so not much rain but a 1/3 of the bed sticks out from under the carport with the rear sitting lower had some good soakings. I've would guess that I'll find a cup of water in the entire bed. I got the OEM bedmat and anything sitting on it would never get wet.

I really liked the OEM cover and sure you can fix it right up. The 2/3 fold and the price sort of turned me off

Thanks for the info on the cover, I assumed since the previous years had they'd just changed the way it did it. Bummer

    Nothing on the mirrors ?

I don't have an OEM tonneau and it leaks a small amount at the tailgate (on the ends). Otherwise it is dry.

I think this is common with most of the "flush" tonneau's that are made for the Tundra.

Sounds like a killer deal on the truck. I believe @abomb60 is correct about the mirrors. You have to hit the button before you exit.

So I push the button before getting out and they don't fold when I lock the door either on the door or with the FOB.
They do fold when I get back in and start the truck though, lol wth ?

I've built a couple 4runners through the years but this is the first Toyota that I've ever owned

That's odd. You are hitting the button before you turn the truck off, right? They should fold when you hit the button, and then you just shut it off and lock like normal.

Your mirrors MAY be addressed through what's called the " convenience entry/exit" function which is only changed via laptop/reader/programmer. There are a few things there that I turned off, but I remember there being some things that could be enabled too. I think a list is in the owners manual of what is addressable , maybe the mirrors? I believe only Platinum and 1794 editions have this feature.
