Does anyone happen to know if the 2018 SR Tundras are prewired for fog lights? I'd look, but I'm deployed right now so no access to my vehicle or anyone at home that knows what they're looking at. If yes, was thinking about buying these light (they are the ones that go in the bezel sold by Roman correct?): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074TWVKQN/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

And again, if yes I would be interested in a pair of brackets. Thanks.

Thanks for your service first of all.
Second, im gona bite the bullet and say that im almost 90% positive that everythings prewired and just tucked away if not “in use” to save from having 5 different wire harness for 5 different models(I know my sr5 headlights harness has the led strip plug but it was tapped off cause I didn't have a limited or platinum or whatever model has the led strip)

And finally if ur using those as fogs it probably will be a shitty outcome due to the spot pattern.

    Agreed!
I believe they all come pre-wired but the best way to find out is actually looking for the plug in the fog light area. Also the spot optics as fog lights will suck if you actually want them to work as fog lights.

What should I be looking for in fog lights that make them less shitty if spot lights suck? Also @Matthewkort, what length is your light bar that you have in your grill?

I’d use 504813, they’re like a 2nd setup of low beams set lower and wider light pattern. In the city I can easily get away with using just the Rigids and the headlight strips at night, I don’t blind cars with my LED low beams (I still aim the driver’s side headlight lower as a courtesy when I do have them on). On my fj I had amber driving pattern and they did good, no issues with other drivers or police due to the amber factor, if you get them in white thats another story.. next option is DOT/SAE which they have in white and amber, im currently running the amber and have no issues and love them. The the bar in my grill is a 40” radiance(white)

Just did the install on my truck. The most difficult part was definitely getting my big hand in with a wrench to tighten up the bracket.

The Rigid D-series are, don't know the exact numbers but are way brighter. The OEM rigids not that much.

Considering it as a future mod for sure. Besides eventually, it will need to be replaced with rock chip/crack or whatever.

So I just came across this thread. I'm currently in the market for new fog lights since my Morimoto ones are flickering like hell now. I was looking into the Baja ones, but can't seem to get in touch with them. This set up looks to be a lot cheaper though.

Anyway, so now I see these. Can you confirm with everything I'd need:

    -Bracket (sold here) - $20
    -Rigid lights 504813? - $202
    -Wire Harness - $25
    -Toyota TRD PRO fog bezels: ( PT228-34190-AA, PT228-34190-AB ) - $66

So I'm looking at about $313. Sound about right?

Got my lights in! Dang these things are heavy for what they are, nice! Now just waiting to get in the other parts.

So did everyone go through the front, or the back? What do you recommend on how you did yours?

The bezels push in from the front. Everything else take out the liner and go in from the behind.
