I am headed Saturday morning to pick up my new 2019 Platinum after 3 weeks of haggling with multiple dealers. The dealer I'm buying from took 3 emails and one call. MSRP $54,723 for $48,408 OTD. Over 11.5% off with the 0% financing offer.

TRD skid plate, TRD dual exhaust, sunroof, and tube steps. I'll be heading to Line-X for the bedliner.

I picked mine up April 1st. I haggled for a few weeks with multiple dealers and only one was able to do the deal. At least 2 of the other dealers was telling me they can't match the deal cause they'd be losing money and they don't know how the final dealer could do it. Maybe they were in cahoots. Anyway, MSRP $46,900. sale price $42,900. I could either get $2k additional off OR better financing. For trade in, 2014 SR5 4wd with 101k , got 21k. The other dealers were only ordering 17-19k for my trade. Overall I am happy with my deal cause I like the extras the 2019 has over the 2014 and the crewmax cab over the double cab. OTD final was like $42, 2**.

In Northern CA. 2019 Crewmax Limited w/ TRD off road package. Purchased about a month ago. Spent a few weeks researching and getting quotes. MSRP was ~$51,000. Labor Day weekend the cheapest we could get them down to (with the $3000 cash back) was $46k. Then a few weeks later (as a birthday gift) my wife was able to get one of the local dealers to blink and get the price near what we wanted to pay. Called the other 4 local dealers and got them to start outbidding each other. Pulled the trigger when 1 of them matched the lowest price, and it was in the color we wanted...Cement. We got them down to $42,800 and they threw in a premium LineX spray liner. That price was with the $3000 manufacturer cash back. We could take that or go for the 0% financing. We crunched the numbers with local credit union financing and decided the 0% was a better deal. So out the door it was $45,800 with the 0% financing offer

Sounds like 11.5% off as a dealer discount plus the 0%, you did well; good work!
Anytime you get past 11% you are the man.

Got it picked up this morning and it had a small scratch that I already buffed out, they knocked it down to 47,600 OTD. I'm very happy with the deal.

I got my 2019 SR5 double, 349 miles, spray in bed liner, 2 years/25000 miles maintenance, 5.7L for $30k. 7 year new car wrap included. East valley Arizona. Shopped it extensively, there was nothing even close at that time. It was "used".

I'm currently negotiating on a 2019 1794 edition. The lowest I can get them (so far) off MSRP is 8%. I keep telling them I want 12% and I'll buy the truck today but at this point nobody is biting. Is 11.3% still the standard or do the experts on here believe differently.

MSRP on the other is $52,960

I'm feeling pretty good then here in Canada. I got 8k off my 46k truck. That equates to about 17% off

Am I missing something? Are you guys getting 11% off as well as factory or dealer rebates off MSRP?

TOTOTA Canada had 8k off Tundras here a few months ago, Tacoma's only had $1500.

It really depends on how you look at it. I got $6,806 off before the $3,500 incentive. W/o incentive, I got a 13.82% discount. W/incentive, I got a 20.93% discount.

    Hope that helps

Right, which is why I'm not feeling so good about my 8% discount.

Ok, so I was in the ballpark of a good deal when all was said and done at 17.5% off MSRP. I had no idea of this thread and had just browsed the forum before we did our deal. Next one I'll work them over a bit more and know what to expect and what to decline etc.

I got a bunch of overpriced OEM parts for 1/2 off as well as some service credit.

Thanks for the clarification. In the end, I own a Tundra I'm super happy with and that all that matters long term.

I would certainly think you should be able to do better. I don't know your market though. I got just under 11% off in NorCal. Nobody wanted to play ball and then I got one dealer to make the offer. I got 2 other dealers to match and they were reluctant to do that. So that's about the best you'll get probably. 10 to 11% is about the best before any rebates.

Well, at this point I have one dealer offering 8% and the others offering 5%. Maybe they'll break if these trucks are still on there lots at the end of the month. I'm not budging off my 10-12% off MSRP demand.

Good luck man, I haggled with about 10-15 dealers within about 300 miles. I did it all through emails with the fleet/Internet dept.

Yeah, I would try again at the end of the month.

I started talking to my dealer a week or so before the end of the month and they made me a weak offer. I went in on the last day of the month and got 10.84% off MSRP not including the 3K rebate.

    Hello all,

just want to say thanks to the group and helping me negotiate my new 2019 Platinum 4x4. I think I got a good deal, MSRP $53649, price paid was $45,500 plus TTL. Including the $3k cash rebate.
Still need to get line-x installed but really enjoy it!
    Thanks

My sticker was $47,872 for a 2019 Limited Double Cab 5.7L 4x4 with TRD off-road package and 18" wheels and 38 gal. tank. I worked the dealer for 5-6 weeks and got 15% off sticker which included the $3,000 incentive for paying cash ($6,806 below sticker). Felt good about that transaction. Included spray-on bed liner and chrome Tundra name plate on tailgate.

I'm thinking I need to pull the trigger on my deal or I'm going to lose out on the truck I want. The 2019s seem to be going fairly quickly and I've found a 1794 I want and at a pretty good price.

MSRP is $53,255. I'm paying $45,160 after discounts and incentives (3500 incentive and $4,595 dealer discount) for a total discount of about 15%. Then I pay TTL and doc fees.
