Ok, my super power is completely random and beyond my control, but it is epic.

I have the ability to say the exact worst possible thing to people and cram my foot in my mouth (tastey) with no prior knowledge of that person or their situation. Prove it you say? Read on and be amazed!

I have a friend whose wife is part of the Big Brother/Big Sister program. I went to visit them for a weekend, and her Little Sister (around 15 years old) was with them for the evening too. We all decided to go out to dinner, and it's a good time. We get there and the usual banter ensues, we order our food, etc.

Well, the kid mentions that she sees our waiter come out of the bathroom a while after we had ordered, so my buddy naturally teases "Uh oh, sure hope he washed his hands!"
I, being an ass of the smart variety, pop off with "Nah, a little hepatitis never killed anyone."

And my friend's wife fires her elbow into my ribs at mach 5, mouthing the word "NO!"
I wheeze, bleed internally, and am utterly confused. Not sure what just happened or why. Food arrives, is consumed, conversation is good, laughs are had (though not about my joke :().

As we leave, my friend and the kid walk ahead, because I am being pulled back by his wife.
This is it. The revalation of my of unknown power was upon me. Oh the glorious flood of power was intoxicating:muscleflexing:.
She then tells me why my spleen was lacerated and my ribs broken. The kid's brother was in the hospital... with hepatitis. :anonymous:

Oh man, I’m really good at that kind of stuff too. I’m good at being a nice guy until I decide to pop off at the mouth. Usually it’s to somebody I really shouldn’t have popped off too. Not in terms of fighting, usually the person didn’t deserve it for one reason or another. Or they are more important than I realized.

As I've gotten older, I don't mind watching train wrecks anymore and saying "told ya so. What did you expect?" The response isn't always great but again as I've gotten older, who cares? You can't fix stupid.

I can get injured like no one's business, and not notice I did anything. Numerous times I've cut myself and not realized it until blood drops into what I'm working on. I also played the 1st half of a soccer game without realizing I had broke my nose so bad it shifted to the left and required surgery to repair

    My superpower:

Just when I want to say I'm finished with mods, I can glance through Tundras.com and find some mod that I don't have or need.
Then in the course of a couple hours, I can then rationalize the purpose of the mod, the efficiency it will add, the power gained, the shear appeal of its absolutely, need to have it now justification. Once this truth is identified, I am free of guilt to proceed with the ordering and installation of the previously unnecessary mod...

My superpower is the ability to make any stock crash like a drunk driving a mustang! Proof you say? Well my boss asked me to open a new account that he would fund. He bought 2 stocks in my name, said I could just keep them. The next day they were less than 10% of their value the previous day. My boss asked me to sell the stocks and I did.
The next day I walk in to work and my boss is laughing hysterically. He said that he gave me the stocks to test my superpower. When they tanked, he bought a shit-load of them and had me sell, making himself enough to buy his new Tesla!

Believe it or not but I can stop time. Well sort of. Every analog watch I've ever owned has only lasted a few months. Digital watches are fine but for some reason I drain the batteries on analog watches within a few months. I mentioned it to a friend and he explained to me that it's a real thing and he read an article about it online. I haven't looked too much into it though. I just dont buy analog watches anymore. I've had batteries after batteries replaced with the same result.

I have the super power of immediately forgetting someone's name the second they tell it to me.

This power is also a curse for me as the local restaurant/bar down the street from me has several people who know my name, yet I don't know anyone's name. It's been three years now.
