Tint looks great. What brand? 2 piece for each light?

How do you like them? I'm on the fence between these and their slider style board. Are these really sturdy? Any flex when standing in them? I like the low profile look of the blades.

They seems to be really sturdy. I was thinking that since these have a textured finish that maybe having the chrome bumpers coated in Line X might look good together.

The slider style ("Star Armor") hang lower than the Blade, so you lose some clearance if that matters to you. I've had the Blade for about 6 months and I've been happy with it. No flex for me.

Yea that's really the only reason I haven't purchased them yet, not sure why they added that bar across the bottom, they would be perfect without it and just look like a normal bolt on slider.

This is an understandable concern. I have had minimal issues with (though some) mine & I have never had any android products. If you want it so you can have a few more options then you have now, it is great. If you plan to treat the unit like a mobile computer/phone/entertainment center then I can guarantee you will have more problems. I agree, the Facebook group is a must. They are quick to respond to questions.

I have fewer update options as of now only because I have the latest PX6 set up. It has been in my truck for about a week. Having CarPlay is truly fantastic though the large screen really demonstrates how simplistic the program really is. I use Car Launcher Pro if I don't expect to be getting to many text messages. I also had to paint the unit to match the gun metal trim in my Platinum. It looks fantastic.

Well, I don't blame you for that. They do appear to be hit & miss. It feels like a huge risk when spending almost $800 for the PX6. You can get older versions for cheaper. I was thrilled to have no issues with my sound system as I overhauled the whole thing right after I purchased the truck. It clearly has more power output then the factory JBL but it also will cause me to have to completley re-tune my EQ & amp. :facepalm:I haven't gotten around to that yet.

Were the tufskinz vent rings hard to remove? That’s what I have now in matte black but really like the look of the AJT ones.

Not at all...just used hairdryer for a few minutes to heat the tape up and pulled off like butter! Ajt rings are so far better looking and quality, I’m pissed I waisted my $$ on tufskinz!

So finished the project today after work! Figured while I was doing the rings around knobs might as well do the chrome around the shifter too. But my OCD kicked in and redid the rings twice... but happy with the results!A2EDB926-E1B1-473A-BA5A-71B38176B599.jpg63354F76-7412-4413-9DD7-27494B0FA6D4.jpg

20190920_211028.jpg Had to change my running board lights because the ones i put on sucked and half of them burnt out. I only had them on for a few month's. I think these will be better once i have time to clean my install up. I ran out of parts and time. Simple fix gone wrong.

New to this forum for about an hour. Saw this fob and you got it from AJT and I bought the lime green one. Starting to think this forum is going to be bad for my bank account...

Welp. Finally finished these up. After a little confusion and figuring, they’re all wired up. DRL delete was all that was needed. Color matched Blue Ribbon with projectors, Porsche Panamera shrouds, and sequential turn signals. 453EF441-84FD-4DBB-88BF-C54968DC7E17.jpg635C5714-5A59-454D-B748-98D16140B0DF.jpgD444BF23-69A7-470E-8C61-649FC10B57A8.jpgCF0D288E-040E-49C5-B49A-1146BD9D8714.jpg21FAD74B-ECFF-4B4F-941D-D9E2DBD4368A.jpg

Mail came in and it felt like Christmas. AVS Hood deflector came in and fits ok.... to bad they don’t fit a little cleaner as in a 3D scanned version to fit the angles of the hood. Already has a few rub marks where it bolts under the hood so might need to add some neoprene gasket in between. Also received my Tekonsha P3 Adapter brackets along with the 2016 & up dash piece to install it on. What an unreal fit up. Super clean and rock solid! Would highly recommend getting ahold of @dooododoo if your thinking of getting it swapped over.

I received these in the SAE version. If these lights are the SAE style I would really hate to be an oncoming car for the standard ones. These lights are ridiculously bright. Thanks @Baja Designs you definitely build a top notch product that produces at the very top of the scale!!
