    Keysight and Tektronix have much lower priced scopes that can measure 1 PPS. I use a Tek TDS to measure my frequency standard's 1 PPS output. I guess it depends on what 1 PPS parameters you want to verify too.

    I'm not sure if you are using it for geolocation but I know it's good for identifying the source of "unwanted "interference signals.. :spy:
