Loses power after running for a while

    2007 Tundra - Loses power after awhile.Let engine cool 10 minutes then is OK.Replaced both bank 02 sensors. Didn’t help. Any ideas?

    Yes. Engine light flashes like a strobe.Used Actron tester but shows no codes

    You would think a code would pop up. Can you get a hold of a better scanner? Also check the obvious. All the connections to the battery and grounds. Maybe it’s something really simple.

    Battery & Alternator ok. Engine light goes off after engine cools for 10 minutes & runs fine for about 10 miles

    If the CEL is flashing it is for a critical fault code. I'm thinking it might be a Toyota-specific fault that your scanner does not support. You need to get the code(s) read some other way to know where to go from here.

    Alternator ok. Trying to find what is overheating causing lack of power.After 10 min of engine shut off everything ok.

    Other tester showed 0 codes. Others suggested options varied. Since lack of power only occurs at high RPMs, 50 mph + might be catalytic converters.Ck for defective gas cap pressure build up. Since cruise control only works occasionally it might be defective.Might need a new fuel pump. ???????
