Bilstein 6112 Setting Confusion

For the circlip setting on the 6112's with NON KDSS, when everyone talks about the 1.9" setting, does this equate to the 2" setting as shown in the Bilstein setup instructions? If so, would I want to set the driver side circlip to #6 location and the passenger side to #4 location if I wanted 1.9"?

Interesting. I was under the impression everyone sets them both the same and then uses a shim on the driver side.

 

I believe I made a mistake, It looks like the original picture I provided in the 1st post is actually the instructions for a 4Runner. When looking at the correct 6112 kit part # 46-206084 from the Bilstein website, the provided instructions shown below make more sense and have a setting of 1.9 on the 3rd from bottom position. Sorry for the confusion.

 

Still kind of a trip that they have the 4runner on different clip settings. Must be to account for some type of lean? Seems like that would give a funny feeling over the bumps. Preloading one spring that much more.
