that's a 34.4x12.4 tire. yes, you will have rubbing with a +1mm offset. you can run that offset, but you will have a fair amount of trimming to do.

Is it possible to run that tire and wheel size with a different offset and no rubbing or minor rubbing?

    Welcome to the club.
I previously ran a 2" leveling kit with 315/70/17 Wrangler MTRs on +50 offset wheels with no major rubbing. Uncomfortably close to the UCAs, and rubbing while reverse with a hard turn, no where else though

the higher the offset, the less rubbing that you will have. with 315's, the highest offset that you probably will want is +35mm. that will still allow you to clear the UCA. +18mm and +25mm offsets are very common and will require less trimming than the +1mm. with all that being said, you can still clear your tire and wheel combination. you said that you have an after market front bumper, right? if so, then you wont have to worry about rubbing the plastic behind the bumper. worst case, you will have to bend the skid plate a little, remove the mud flaps, and do the cab mount chop. all of which is very common.

If you want to run 315’s, I would recommend going with at 9” wide wheel. And, in my opinion, a +35mm offset would be a great fit. That would allow the 315’s to clear the UCA and it would cause the least amount of rubbing.

I think the lug pattern is 5x150. Verify that though :)
