Is that the Slash 4x4 that the Tundra body is on? Mine is in work still. 17mm hub conversion and the old wheels and tires from my Maxx.

I chased down a black snake in my back yard on Saturday with the Mojave. He was pissed when I ran over him.

Oh... y'all mean the bumpers: Dat be dope! - I'm working on a winch plate in front of my bull bar and a drop hitch to pull the boat trailer... mig-welding them never occurred to me.

I'm 3 or 4 weeks into the Mini Z racing hobby with some friends. Set up a track in the garage on weekends that I take apart in 4 big pieces and made a lightweight platform that my electric hoist picks up so the track can be stored hanging from the ceiling. This has gotta be the most fun I've had with RC in decades. I don't think the miniz crowd is as active as they used to be but there is a permanent track and group about an hour and a half away that we will probably go check out soon.
    20240402_195205.jpg
I may have gone a little overboard to start...

Another set of Saturday races. Wore through 3-4 sets of batteries each. About 6 hours of racing and practice.

I came out ahead this week. Track is about as big as I can get it to still fit in the garage.

Sweet. I have the same truck in black. Of all the small crawlers, the trx4m is far my favorite. I also have a few Scx24s, an FMS FJ, and picked up a furitek fury not too long ago which is an exceptional value IMO for the price. Have fun and enjoy all the time spent with your loved one(s).

    Had an accident @Black@Blue19

Blew a stock tire before the crash. Installed the Dboots Backflips after and I do not like them.
    Dented the body
    Broken lower shock mount
    Bent shock shaft
Sway bar popped out of link
Carrier popped off of both ball mounts

Welcome to the club,,,,,,,,, kind of!:) it hurts but does not look like it is too bad. Since my 700 dollar wreck I’ve only been out like three times. Whacking a cement car stop doing 80+ was not fun. We all had a big laugh. I have just started looking for a place to run these in the open but it’s not an easy task.

Neighbor resorted to running in the street and he did wreck a couple times with parts landing in two separate yards twice, monetarily it was not bad enough to stop him. That was the 99mph I posted on our street with curbs and driveways ALL over the place!!! He’s wild one!! HA!!!

Yeah it's not that bad. After I blew the tire, I put the Backflips on. The handling on those suck. They wheelie less than the stock Copperhead 2's but i dont see how they say that the Backflips are the best tires for the Kraton. Maybe on dirt, but not for street use. After I get my shed bs sorted out, I'll order the parts and some new Copperheads. At speed they cause the truck to wander side to side. I took the corner a little wide and hit the 34" tire on my neighbors Tundra head on.

Ooooooo ouch!!!:) DANG!! Although I have run in the street I do not open the Felon up nor the other either with my luck I would do damage to another vehicle or house! HA!! Jack down the street he gets after it!! He now has a plane and that sat in the neighbors oak tree for two days till the wind kicked it out!:)

My sons and I have a modest collection of RC cars: Summit, ERevo2.0, Slash Brushless, Sledge, XMaxx 8s, Maxx, TRX, two TRX4M, Teton, LaRally, and a few other odd ones. Personally I prefer the Sledge, that thing absolutely rips.
