I've used EGR for years. Mainly window visors and hood guards. I honestly had no idea they offered anything else. Good products. Great customer service.

I ordered the 18” lightbar in white on Feb 21st and it’s on back order for 3-4 weeks so hopefully I get it in the next couple of weeks.

I ordered a light bar switch from Cali and already installed it, just got to hook up the new light bar wiring!

Got the kit in and installed it last weekend. The installation was really a breeze and the only problem I had was stripping the OEM wire to add in the 12 volt power to the switch to illuminate it. The darn wire was so small and flexible the wire tap wouldn’t pierce it. My SIL came over and did it and it works great!

I’m amazed at how much of a difference it made even though I thought the stock LEDs on my 1794 were pretty darn good.

I’m visiting my sister in Augusta this week but I’ll try to snag some pics and post them soon.

Here are a few pics, the switch, the wiring ran under the cowl, and the front pic of the DD hidden light bar.

I am looking for a simple carplay adapter which will allow me to mirror phone or ipad to the main vehicle screen. I have read reviews, and most adapter require wifi internet etc., as they directly connect to google maps and stuff. I just want to mirror my phone screen to the main screen, not like carplay interface, but regular phone interface as I would do to a monitor or TV, and then use that to open any apps.
    Any recommendations?

LOL, no my sister still lives in Evans and I came to visit her. I lived in Martinez for 15 years and met my wife at what used to be called Augusta College when I went. Lots of friends and memories here!

I used to live off Bel Air Road in a neighborhood off of Oakley Pirkle Road.

I’m thinking about retiring in the area in a few years, probably closer to the Lake. I’ll move here or Clayton Ga which I used to live many, many moons ago.

    Small world!

Thanks for posting and watching to see if anyone has installed these yet. I have been looking for a set of visors and for whatever reason have not come across this part number yet. I really like the look of them if the pictures I am seeing online are legit. Thanks for the heads up.

Might be easier to buy that aftermarket one and have a shop cover it.

Thought I would share this nifty little mod/accessory for those without QI chargers in their trucks. I really like it and hadn’t seen any info about it on this forum yet. Take out the little rubber insert and it drops right in flush with the dash, no visible cords! Charges my iPhone 15 Pro Max very well even with a case on.

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CVX1C9XB

EDIT: your phone will overheat after about 15 minutes if it is really hot and sunny on your dash. That’s the only downside I’ve found.

Was getting ready to purchase the same ones but found a pic of it peeling off after a year. How have yours been doing since you installed them?

We’re had ours on for close to a year. Zero issues. However, the truck has never been through a car wash and I don’t wash it that often.

I’m wondering whether any of y’all 6.5’ bed owners have installed the Swingcase (generic or Toyota branded) storage boxes on your trucks. If so how is the fit, is there a ton of space between the curve of the box and the wheel well? I think these are designed for 5’ beds and I’d love to see some pics on a 6.5’ if possible. If there is another option that works better for our longer beds that would be great to learn. TY!
