So I have been trying to add the info button to my 2012 Toyota tundra base and have had no luck because the it’s missing the wires from the harness to the gauge cluster. It has all the wires from the button to the harness but where the harness connects to the gauge cluster it’s missing a couple wires and I don’t know what wires to add to which pins if someone has any wiring diagrams or something to help me out it would be very appreciated B49A25BC-EF08-494E-A39C-A33E498E731E.jpg 6D66F826-1496-4D35-A3F1-331968349237.jpg 892C548C-883A-43AE-AA84-6D02918F0DBF.jpg 5B11F256-8CC1-4188-84DA-B91343837CEF.jpg

Here is the wiring for the Info buttons to the cluster with a JL1 connector in the middle.
The cluster has 3 connections on Pins #28 Red (Mode), #29 Beige (Set), #30 Blue (Reset)

These 3 wires come into the JL1 Connector on Pins #17 Red-Green (Mode), #20 Beige-Blue (Set), #19 Blue-Sky Blue (Reset)

Lets look at your cluster first. Far left is Pin#21, far right Pin#40. In the red box is Pin#28-#30. You have the beige wire on Pin#29 but need to add the Red wire on Pin#28 and add the blue wire on Pin#30

If you look at the wires going into the JL1 connector, you can see Pin#20 is Beige (Set), you need to add the Pin#19 Blue (Reset), Skip #18 wire white already present, Add Pin #17 Red (Mode)

This is assuming everything on the other side of the JL1 connector to the info buttons is present and correct.

This is what I used when I added the buttons to my 2010 and had to run the missing wires.

Fantastic info! I did exactly as instructed and have all functions. Rather than paying $127 for the 4 way switch, I bought the 3 way for $29, removed the sonar dummy and added sonar switch from the original... very carefully. Again, excellent info. Thank you for sharing.
